ՀՀ ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովի ուղեկցությամբ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետություն այցելած Հունաստանի խորհրդարանի պատգամավոր Գարիֆալիա Կանելլիի եւ Լատվիա-Հայաստան խորհրդարանական բարեկամական խմբի ղեկավար Սերգեյ Պոտապկինի հետ ապրիլի 11-ին հանդիպել է ԼՂՀ նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը: Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են ԼՂՀ Ազգային ժողովի փոխնախագահ Վահրամ Բալայանը, Հունաստանում ՀՀ արտակարգ եւ լիազոր դեսպան Գագիկ Ղալաչյանը եւ պաշտոնատար այլ անձինք: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ԼՂՀ Ազգային ժողովի մամուլի ծառայությունից:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում արծարծվել են վերջերս Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի Հանրապետության դեմ սանձազերծված լայնածավալ պատերազմական գործողություններին առնչվող հարցեր:
Բակո Սահակյանը բարձր է գնահատել տարբեր երկրների, նրանց քաղաքական եւ հասարակական շրջանակների ներկայացուցիչների աջակցությունը խնդրի խաղաղ կարգավորման գործընթացին եւ ագրեսիայի դատապարտմանը՝ դա համարելով սկզբունքայնության եւ մարդասիրության դրսեւորում:
ԼՂՀ Նախագահը միաժամանակ նշել է, որ միջազգային հանրությունը պետք է կոշտ եւ հասցեական գնահատական տա Ադրբեջանի ռազմատենչ ու ապակառուցողական քաղաքականությանը՝ ընդգծելով, որ դրա առկայությունը եւ համարժեքությունը կարեւոր դերակատարություն ունեն ագրեսիայի զսպման գործում:
