Մի քանի դիտարկում.

Կարճատև պատերազմն այս սկիզբ դրեց լրջագույն փոփոխությունների մի շրջափուլի, որն ընդգրկելու է Կյանքի բացառապես բոլոր ոլորտները՝ պարզ առօրյայից մինչև մշակութային միջավայր, քաղաքական արդիականությունից մինչև քաղաքակրթական ապագա: 

1. Մարդկանց կամքից անկախ զենքը և ռազմարվեստը աստիճանաբար դառնում են հանրության ինքնության բաղկացուցիչ մասնիկը: 

2. Անկախ Հայաստանի պատմության մեջ առաջին անգամ սփյուռքը իր ողջ ուշադրությունը և ռեսուրսները կենտրոնացրեց Հայաստանի և Արցախի խնդիրների կարգավորման ուղղությամբ: Մինչ այդ սփյուռքի սևեռման գլխավոր առարկան ցեղասպանության պահանջատիրության խնդիրն էր, իսկ Հայաստանը գոնե լայն շրջանակների համար երբեք չի դիտարկվել որպես հոգևոր հայրենիք. որպես այդպիսին ընկալվել է գոյություն չունեցող Էրգիրը՝ Արևմտյան Հայաստանը: 

3. Հասարակական-քաղաքական շրջանակների, ինչպես նաև գործարար հանրույթի համար կատարվածն իրական սառը ցնցուղ էր, այսուհետ իշխանական-ընդդիմադիր տիրույթները աստիճանաբար փորձելու են փոխել իրենց մոտեցումները՝ քաջ գիտակցելով, որ արտաքին մարտահրավերներին հակադարձելու համար պետականության ցուցաբերած ոչ այնքան բարձր դիմադրողականության միակ պատճառը Սահմանադրական կարգի և իրավական պետության չգոյությունն է: 

4. Վերջին հարյուրամյակների ընթացքում հայ ինքնության անբաժանելի բաղադրիչն է եղել արտաքին աշխարհից փրկություն ակնկալելու ձգտումը, որը խտացվել և որպես վերջնական արդյունք ներկայացվել է Ռուսաստան-Հայաստան ռազմավարական դաշինքի տեսքով: Արատավոր մտայնությունն այս հասարակական լայն շրջանակների համար այլևս գոյություն չունի և ժամանակի ընթացքում անհրաժեշտաբար դրվելու է վերանայման:
