Արծվիկ Մինասյանը վստահեցնում է` քառօրյա պատերազմը չի խոչընդոտելու Հայաստանի տնտեսական աճի ապահովմանը

Ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած լայնածավալ ագրեսիան մարտահրավեր է Հայաստանի տնտեսական աճի համար, բայց` հաղթահարելի: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` ապրիլի 12-ին լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում հայտարարեց ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Արծվիկ Մինասյանը: «Որևէ մեկը թող հույս չունենա, որ այդ բացասական գործողություններն ազդելու են: Մենք պետք է ջանքեր գործադրենք և այդ ջանքերը գործադրելու ենք կրկնակի-եռակի ավելի համախմբվածությամբ՝ թե ներդրումներ ներգրավելու, և թե Հայաստանի առևտրաշրջանառությունը պատշաճ մակարդակի վրա պահելու ուղղությամբ: Առանց տնտեսական առաջընթացի, առանց երկրում համախմբվածության, մենք չենք կարող նաև մեր անվտանգությունը լիարժեք երաշխավորել: Հետևաբար, բանալին մեր համախմբվածության և տնտեսական նախաձեռնությունների առաջմղման մեջ է»,-նշեց նախարարը:
Նա խնդրեց բոլորին մի կողմ թողնել ներքին տարաձայնությունները, համախմբվել նոր նախաձեռնությունների, ներդրողներ ներգրավելու, Հայաստանի տնտեսական առաջընթացն ապահովելու հարցերի շուրջ:
«Պատերազմը չի՞ խանգարի նոր ներդրողների ներգրավմանը» հարցին ի պատասխան` նախարարը նկատեց. «Ես նորից եմ ասում՝ սպառնալիք, իհարկե, կա. ո՞նց կարող է չխանգարել կամ փորձ չանել խանգարելու: Մեր ամբողջ խնդիրը հետևյալն է, որ մենք պետք է այդ սպառնալիքը կարողանանք չեզոքացնել»:
Արծվիկ Մինասյանը վստահեցրեց, որ 2016-ին Հայաստանի համար կանխատեսված տնտեսական աճը կապահովվի: «Ես հիմա չեմ ուզում միանգամից ասել, բայց ակնհայտ է, որ մենք 3 տոկոսից ավելի բարձր տնտեսական աճ ենք ունենալու այս տարի: Դրա բոլոր նախադրյալներն այս տարի կան»,-եզրափակեց նա:
