Հայաստանն ու Գերմանիան տնտեսական կապերը խորացնելու նոր քայլ են կատարել. բացվել է Գերմանական տնտեսական միավորումը

Հայաստանում այսուհետ կգործի Գերմանական տնտեսական միավորումը (ԳՏՄ), որին անդամակցում են հայ-գերմանական տնտեսական կապերում ակտիվ մասնակցություն ունեցող ձեռնարկությունները:Ապրիլի 12-ին կատարվեց միավորման հանդիսավոր բացումը, որը 2013թ. մարտից իր ճյուղային գրասենյակով ներկայացված էր Երևանում, սակայն մինչ օրս գործում էր Թբիլիսիի ԳՏՄ ենթակայությամբ: Միջոցա ռմանը ներկա էր նաև ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Արծվիկ Մինասյանը: Հայաստանում Գերմանիայի Դաշնային Հանրապետության դեսպան Մաթիաս Քիսլերը նշեց, որ կատարվեց կարևոր քայլ երկկողմ տնտեսական հարաբերությունների զարգացման առումով: «Միջոցառմանը նախարարի մասնակցությունը վկայում է հայ-գերմանական տնտեսական կապերը զարգացնելու Հայաստանի հետաքրքրության ու շահագրգռավածության մասին»,-ասաց նա:
Դեսպանն անդրադարձավ փաստին, որ Գերմանիան Հայաստանի խոշորագույն առևտրային գործընկերն է Եվրամիության երկրներից: «Ինչ վերաբերում է Հայաստան-Գերմանիա երկկողմ առևտրատնտեսական կապերին, ապա անցյալ տարի առևտրաշրջանառության աճ է արձանագրվել երկու երկրների միջև: Բայց կարծում եմ, որ սպառված չէ ներուժը առևտրի ու ներդրումային ոլորտներում»,-հավելեց Մաթիաս Քիսլերը: Նա նկատեց, որ համագործակցության խորացման հնարավորություններ կան տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների, գյուղատնտեսության, զբոսաշրջության, թեթև արդյունաբերության ոլորտներու մ:
«Գերմանական տնտեսության ողնուղեղը կազմում են փոքր ու միջին ձեռնարկությունները: Ես կարծում եմ, որ այս մոդելը կարելի է կիրառել նաև Հայաստանում»,-հավելեց դեսպանը:
ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Արծվիկ Մինասյանն էլ շեշտեց, որ Գերմանիայի հետ հարաբերությունները Հայաստանի արտաքին տնտեսական քաղաքականության առանցքային ուղղություններից են: «Պատահական չէ, որ ԵՄ երկրների շրջանում Հայաստանի ու Գերմանիայի առևտրաշրջանառությունն առաջին տեղում է: Այդ հարաբերությունները ունեն զարգացման և խորացման իրական հնարավորություններ»,-ասաց նախարարը:
Արծվիկ Մինասյանը հիշեցրեց, որ Հայաստանի ներդրումային ու գործարար միջավայրի բարելավման քաղաքականությունը ՀՀ կառավարության գերակա ուղղություններից է ու այդ համատեքստում է, որ իրականացվում են օրենսդրական փոփոխություններ ու բարելավումներ:
«Ներդրումային քաղաքականության առումով մենք հիմա հիմնարար վերանայումներ ենք իրականացնում, այդ թվում` օտարերկրյա ներդրումների մասին նոր օրենքի ստեղծման, ինչպես նաև դրանից բխող` ներդրողների իրավունքների պաշտպանության ամբողջական համակարգ հիմնադրելու տեսքով»,-նշեց Արծվիկ Մինասյանը` շեշտելով, որ իրենք ամեն ջանք գործադրելու են, որ որևէ գերմանացի ներդրող չզգա որևէ խտրական մոտեցում:
