ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալՇավարշ Քոչարյանն անդրադարձել է Թուրքիայի ԱԳ նախարարի հայատարարություններին` նշելով, որ նա  շահարկելով իսլամական համերաշխությունը, վտանգավոր փորձ է կատարում ինքնորոշված Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի դեմ Ադրբեջանի ռազմական գործողությունները արհեստականորեն ներկայացնել որպես կրոնական հակամարտություն:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից, պատասխանելով «News.am» գործակալության հարցին` «Ինչպե՞ս կմեկնաբանեք Թուրքիայի ԱԳ նախարարի՝ Իսլամական համագործակցության կազմակերպության ստամբուլյան գագաթաժողովի շրջանակներում արված հայտարարությունները», Շավարշ Քոչարյանը նշել է.« Ակնհայտ է, որ Թուրքիայի միակողմանի դիրքորոշման և ամենգնով Ադ րբեջանին սատարելու մոլուցքի պատճառով նրա որևէ միջամտություն ղարաբաղյան հիմնահարցի կարգավորման գործընթացին միայն վնաս է հասցնելու: Բաքվի կողմից ղաբարաղա-ադրբերաջանական շփման գծում սանձազերծած ապրիլի 2-5-ի իրադարձությունները և Թուրքիայից հնչեցված սադրիչ հայտարարությունները դրա վառ ապացույցն են:

Թուրքիայի արտգործնախարարը Իսլամականհամագործակցության կազմակերպությունում ունեցած իր ելույթում, շահարկելով իսլամական համերաշխությունը, վտանգավոր փորձ էկատարում ինքնորոշված Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի դեմ Ադրբեջանի ռազմական գործողությունները արհեստականորեն ներկայացնել որպեսկրոնական հակամարտություն:

Թուրքիայի ներկայիս իշխանությունների վարած քաղաքականության հետևանքն է անկայունության, ահաբեկչության ևարյունահեղության ալիքի տարածումը թե Թուրքիայի ներսում, թե իր սահմաններից դուրս: Իր վերոհիշյալ սադրիչ հայտարարությամբԹուրքիայի ԱԳ նախարարն, փաստորեն, բացահայտում է այդ ալիքը դեպի Հարավային Կովկաս տարածելու ձգտումը:

Համոզված ենք, որ մեր ավանդական բարեկամ մահմեդական պետությունները, լավ գիտակցելով Թուրքիայի իրական նպատակները, չենտրվի Անկարայի սադրանքներին»:
