Մեզանից գրեթե յուրաքանչյուրը գիտի, թե ինչ է վարիկոզը, որոնք հայտնվում են ձեռքերի, ոտքերի և մարմնի մի  շարք այլ մասերում: Սակայն պարզվում է, որ վարիկոզի դեմ պայքարող միջոցը առկա է մեզանից յուրաքանչյուրի տանը, պարզապես ոչ բոլորը գիտեն այդ մասին:

Վերցրեք կանաչ լոլիկ ու այն բաժանեք 2 մասի:Կտրված հատվածի կողմով դրեք վարիկոզի վրա ու թողեք 2-ից 3 րոպե:Շատ կարևոր է, որ լոլիկը լինի կանաչ, քանի որ այն պարունակում է սոլանին,  որը արդեն առկա չեն լինում հասուն լոլիկի մեջ:

Սոլանինը բնական թույն է, այդ պատճառով խորհուրդ չի տրվում ուտել չհասունացած բանջարեղեններ ու մրգեր:Սակայն վարիկոզ լայնացման դեպքում այդ նյութը շատ արդյունավետ է: Հնում, չհասունացած պտուղները հանդիսացել են բուժիչ հիմնական միջոցները:

Այս պրոցեդուրան  10 օրվա ընթացքում՝ օրական 1-ից 2 անգամ կրկնելու արդյունքում հնարավոր է հասնել դրական  արդյունքի: Կոմպրեսից հետո ցանկալի է վարիկոզ հատվածի վրա քսուք քսել, քանի որ լոլիկի մեջ առկա թթուները շատ ուժեղ չորացնում են մաշկը:

Թրջեք բամբակյա դիսկը խնձորի քացախի մեջ ու դրեք ախտահարված հատվածի վրա: Կրկնեք այս պրոցեդուրան 4 շաբաթ՝ օրական 3 անգամ:

Խնձորի քացախը  ցանկալի է օգտագործել մարմնի փակ հատվածների վրա, քանի որ այն շատ ավելի ուժեղ է չորացնում մաշկը, քան լոլիկի մեջ առկա թթուները: Օրինակ դեմքի վրա առկա վարիկոզ լայնացման դեպքում ցանկալի է օգտագործել լոլիկը:
