«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. «Կյանքը ցույց է տալիս, որ երբ դիվանագիտությունը սկսում է առավել տեսանելի կաղալ, գործադրվում են թնդանոթները: Իհարկե, հուրախություն մեզ, նույնիսկ ժամանակակից զինատեսակների մեծաթիվությունը չի կարողանում հաղթել հայկական բանակին, բայց փաստ է, որ Հայաստանում այսօր նոր իրավիճակ է:

Մինչ մեզանում առկա պատրանքները, թե մենք ունենք դաշնակիցներ, պարզվում է՝ զուր էին: Եւ Ռուսաստանը, եւ ԱՄՆ-ն, եւ Գերմանիան, եւ մյուս բոլոր երկրներն առաջնորդվում են բացառապես իրենց քաղաքական շահերով: Եվ անհերքելի իրողություն է, որ Հայաստանում ու Արցախում միայն մեզ  է անհրաժեշտ խաղաղություն: Ցավոք, խաղաղության հասնելու միակ ճանապարհն էլ պատերազմն է: Մեզ անհրաժեշտ է կոնկրետ տարածքներ նվաճել, որպեսզի պարտադրենք Ադրբեջանին մեր թելադրած պահանջներով զինադադար կնքել:

Նկատենք, որ դրա համար այսօր առկա են ավելի քան նպաստավոր պայմաններ: Նախ, Ադրբեջանն իր գործողություններով պարզապես մեզ դրդում է ինքնապաշտպանվել եւ անվտանգության նոր գոտիներ կառուցել մեզ համար: Ինչը նշանակում է նոր տարածքների ազատագրում:

Բացի այդ, այսօր մեր երկրում առկա ոգեւորությունն ու դրական էներգետիկան չպետք է թողնել կորչի, պետք է ճիշտ ուղղորդել, որ հաղթանակի հասնենք:

Եվ ամենակարեւորը, հայկական բանակը բերված է մարտական բարձր պատրաստվածության վիճակի, որն ունակ է ջախջախիչ հաղթանակ տանել: Եվ պետք է սառնասրտորեն իրավիճակը վերլուծելով՝ առաջ գնալ, ընդ որում՝ կիրառելով արդեն ոչ միայն 80-ականների զենքերը: Պետք է գործի դնել նաեւ նոր գնված զինատեսակները՝ մաքսիմում արդյունքի հասնելու համար:

Ինչպես նշել է տնտեսագետ Թաթուլ Մարգարյանը՝ թիրախավորելով Բաքու-Ջեյհան նավթամուղն ու ադրբեջանական նավթահորերը:

Հնթացս պետք է փոխել նաեւ մեր երկրում մինչեւ ապրիլի 1-ը գործող բարքերը, քանի որ ռազմական ճակատից բացի՝ մենք ունենք նաեւ երկրորդ թիրախը, որը մեր երկրի տնտեսությունն է: Պետք է առանց միմյանց խանգարելու, առանց կոռուպցիայի ու զոռբայության, առանց թալանի համախմբված ոտքի հանենք նաեւ մեր երկրի տնտեսությունը: Անհրաժեշտ է մանր ու միջին գործարարները երկրում շնչելու հնարավորություն ունենան, որպեսզի արտադրեն, արտահանեն ու ֆինանսական աշխուժություն մտցնեն երկրում: Դրամաշնորհներն ու վարկերը չպետք է դառնան երկրի ֆինանսական հիմնական մուտքերը:

Վստահ կարելի է պնդել, որ միայն մեր հաղթանակից հետո այսօր լղոզված հայտարարություններ տարածող միջազգային հանրության ամենատարբեր խավի ներկայացուցիչներ «կնկատեն» մեզ եւ կսկսեն խոսել արդեն խնդրողի դիրքերից, որ դադարեցնենք ռազմական առաջընթացը»:
