«Սերժ Սարգսյանը չի դիմել հասարակությանը, ժողովրդին, թեև Գեիմանիայում հայտարարում էր, որ ժողովրդի հավատի մեջ է ուժը։ Ինչո՞ւ, ուրեմն, Սերժ Սարգսյանը քառօրյա պատերազմից հետո չի դիմել այդ ուժի՝ ժողովրդի օգնությանը, թե՞ այդ օգնությունը պետք էր միայն թշնամու ագրեսիան գսպելու համար, իսկ հետո արդեն ժողովուրդը ոչ թե օգնող, այլ խանգարող գործոն է և չի նպաստում քաղաքական ներքին կամ արտաքին խաղերին ու կոմբինացիաներին։ Սրանք հարցեր են, որոնք սրվում են խաղաղության կամ կրակի դադարեցման ամեն հաջորդ օրվա հետ։ Եվ որքան այս հարցերը չեն ստանում պատասխաններ, այնքան թուլացնում են Հայաստանը, այնքան ջլատում են այն համընդհանուր ոգևորությունն ու մեծ էներգիան, որ արտաքին ագրեսիային դիմագրավելու համար բռնկվեց ապրիլի 2-ից։
Այդ էներգիան պետք է ոչ պակաս արդյունավետությամբ օգտագործվի նաև խաղաղ պայմաններում կամ ոչ պատերազմական պայմաններում՝ կրակի դադարեցումը խաղաղության վերածելու համար, արժանապատիվ խաղաղության վերածելու համար, ժողովրդի ուժը բազմապատկելու համար։ Այս ամենի փոխարեն, մենք տեսնում ենք միայն քաղաքական ցուցանակներ՝ տարբեր իրադարձությունների, անցուդարձերի ներքո, չիմանալով սակայն, թե ինչ է կատարվում այն «դռների» հետևում, որոնց վրա կախվում են այդ ցուցանակները։ Եվ կուտակված էներգիան աստիճանաբար սպառվում է այդ դռների հետևում տեղի ունեցողը հասկանալու ջանքերի վիա։
Այստեղ կա մի շատ էական հանգամանք։ Միգուցե Հայաստանի իշխանությունն իր ամբողջատիրական բնույթով հենց դա էլ ցանկանում է, սակայն խնդիրն այն է, որ հասարակությունն այս օրերին զգացել է իր իսկ էներգիայի համը, ինչը նշանակում է, որ մեծ է հավանականությունը, երբ մարդիկ ի վերջո կորոշեն իրենց իսկ ուժերով կազմակերպել և վերակազմակերպել այդ էներգիան՝ սպասումների վրա այն մսխելու փոխարեն։ Եվ այդ դեպքում, իհարկե, իշխանությանը հազիվ թե լավ բաներ սպասվեն»,–գրում է թերթը։
