Աբովյանում բացվել է քաղաքացիների սպասարկման հերթական գրասենյակը

Աբովյանի համայնքապետարանում այսօր տեղի է ունեցել Քաղաքացիների սպասարկման գրասենյակի (ՔՍԳ) պաշտոնական բացման արարողությունը: Միջոցառմանը մասնակցել են ՀՀ ՏԿԶ նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Վաչե Տերտերյանը, ՀՀ-ում Գերմանիայի Դաշնային Հանրապետության փոխդեսպան Նադիա Լիխտենբերգերը, ԳՄՀԸ հայաստանյան գրասենյակի տնօրեն Աննե Քեմփան, Շվեյցարիայի զարգացման և համագործակցության գործակալության երևանյան գրասենյակի համաղեկավար Լուկաս Լուշերը, Աբովյանի քաղաքապետ Վահագն Գևորգյանը, քաղաքացիական հասարակության ներկայացուցիչներ, ինչպես նաև այլ հյուրեր: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարությունից:
Գրասենյակը հիմնադրվել է Տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարության հետ համատեղ Գերմանիայի միջազգային համագործակցության ընկերության (ԳՄՀԸ) կողմից իրականացվող «Համայնքների զարգացում Հարավային Կովկասում» ծրագրի շրջանակում` Գերմանիայի Տնտեսական համագործակցության և զարգացման դաշնային նախարարության աջակցությամբ, Հայաստանում Շվեյցարիայի զարգացման և համագործակցության գործակալության (ՇԶՀԳ), ԱՄՆ Միջազգային Զարգացման Գործակալության (ԱՄՆ ՄԶԳ) համաֆինանսավորմամբ:
Քաղաքացիների սպասարկման գրասենյակը նպատակ ունի «Մեկ կանգառ, մեկ պատուհան» սկզբունքի համաձայն քաղաքացիներին մատուցել բարձրորակ ծառայություններ, բարձրացնել համայնքապետարանի աշխատանքի արդյունավետությունն ու թափանցիկությունը, դյուրացնել համայնքապետարաններում իրականացվող վարչական գործընթացները: Այսուհետ քաղաքացիները կստանան տեղեկատվություն և ծառայությունների մատուցում մեկ վայրում:
ՔՍԳ-ում աշխատանքներն իրականացվելու են Համայնքային կառավարման տեղեկատվական համակարգի (ՀԿՏՀ) կիրառմամբ: Որպես ՏԻՄ-երի համար մշակված տեղեկատվական համակարգ՝ այն թույլ է տալիս ապահովել տեղեկատվական հոսքերի ավտոմատացված կառավարում համայնքապետարանում, մատուցել առցանց ծառայություններ բնակիչներին, հետևել դրանց ընթացքին, հարցերի դեպքում՝ առցանց դիմել համապատասխան մասնագետներին, ինչպես նաև քաղաքացիներին առցանց ներգրավել համայնքային մակարդակով որոշումների կայացման մեջ:
