Բենզինից, յոդից, սոդայից ու լիմոնաթթվից թմրանյութ է պատրաստել

Արարատի եւ Վայոց ձորի մարզերի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ քաղաքացու կողմից թմրամիջոց պատրաստելու փաստի առթիվ: Մասնավորապես, ըստ մեր տեղեկությունների, Սուրեն Պետրոսյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա 2015թ. բենզինի, յոդի, սոդայի, լիմոնաթթվի եւ պիրալգին տեսակի դեղահաբի խառնուրդից պատրաստել է դեզոմորֆին տեսակի թմրամիջոց, որը հյուրասիրելու եղանակով ապօրինի իրացրել է Արարատի քաղաքի բնակիչ Անդրանիկ Գասպարյանին:
Բացի այդ՝ Սուրեն Պետրոսյանը 2015-ի օգոստոսին Արարատ քաղաքի Խանջյան 30 շենքի 2-րդ մուտքի նկուղում առանց իրացնելու նպատակի, իր օգտագործման համար բենզինի, յոդի, սոդայի, լիմոնաթթվի եւ պիրալգին տեսակի դեղահաբի խառնուրդից պատրաստել է զգալի չափերով` 0.175 գրամ քաշով դեզոմորֆին տեսակի թմրամիջոց եւ 0.0794 գրամ քաշով կոդեին տեսակի թմրամիջոց, որոնք ոստիկանության Արարատի բաժնի աշխատակիցների կողմից հայտաբերվել են վերոհիշյալ հասցեի զննության ընթացքում:
Նախկինում դատված Սուրեն Պետրոսյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Քրեական օրենսգրքի 266 եւ 268 հոդվածների առաջին մասերով, որոնցից առաջինը նախատեսում է ազատազրկում՝ երեքից յոթ տարի ժամկետով, իսկ երկրորդը՝ առավելագույնը երկու ամիս ժամկետով կալանք կամ առավելագույնը մեկ տարի ժամկետով ազատազրկում:Ներկա պահին Սուրեն Պետրոսյանը գտնվում է Արմավիր ՔԿՀ-ում:
