Կուտոյանը ԱԱԾ-ում ամբողջ թափով կադրերի «մաքրում» է սկսել.«Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. «ՀՀ Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունում վերջին մեկ ամսում ամբողջ թափով կադրերի «մաքրում» է ընթանում: ՀՀ ԱԱԾ տնօրեն Գեւորգի Կուտոյանը փաստացի ձեռնամուխ է եղել այս գերատեսչությունը հիմնովին փոխելու գործընթացին:
Երեկ հայտնի դարձավ, որ Կուտոյանի հրամանով ՀՀ ԱԱԾ մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի բաժինը գործնականում կազմալուծվել է, քանի որ այդ կառույցի բոլոր աշխատակիցները, այդ թվում նաեւ բաժնի պետ, ԱԱԾ գնդապետ Սամվել Բաղդասարյանը, աշխատանքից ազատվել են: Վերջինիս անունը առկա էր նաեւ մարտի 31-ին համացանցում տարածված ձայնագրության մեջ, որում ներկայացված էր Հայաստանի մաքսային մարմիններում տարիներ շարունակ գործող կոռուպցիոն համակարգը: Ձայնագրությունում ԱԱԾ պաշտոնյան ներկայացված էր իր մականունով՝ Սեդոյ:
Ի դեպ, իշխանական շրջանակներում արդեն լուրեր կան, որ ԱԱԾ-ում «մաքրումներ» իրականացնելուց հետո, Կուտոյանի թիրախում հայտնվելու են կառավարման մյուս օղակները՝ իրենց ղեկավար կազմերով: Ի դեպ, պաշտոնից հեռացվել է նաեւ ԱԱԾ տնօրենի առաջին տեղակալ, գեներալ-մայոր Հրանտ Եպիսկոպոսյանը»:
