«Օրանժի» բաժնետեր Frаnсe Telecom-ում ինքնասպանությունների թվաքանակն անհանգստացրել է անգամ Ֆրանսիայի կառավարությանը

Բջջային կապի օպերատոր «Օրանժ Արմենիա» ընկերությունը 2014 թվականին հայտարարագրել էր ավելի քան 90 միլիոն դոլարի վնաս: Հայտնի է, որ ֆրանսիական ընկերությունը որոշել է հեռանալ Հայաստանից՝ «Օրանժ Արմենիա»-ն վաճառելով «Յուքոմ» ընկերությանը:
Ընկերությունը, ի դեպ, հեռացել է ոչ միայն Հայաստանից, այլև մի շարք զարգացած եվրոպական երկրներից: «Օրանժի» փայատերերից մեկը ֆրանսիական France Telecom ընկերությունն է, որի կառավարման արդյունքում ընկերության և նրա աշխատակիցների շուրջ անընդհատ սկանդալներ են ծագում: Օրինակ 2008-2009 թվականներին պայթեց սկանդալ՝ ընկերության աշխատակիցների ինքնասպանության թվի կտրուկ աճի վերաբերյալ, որին 2013 թվականի սեպտեմբերին անդրադարձավ նաև BBC-ն:

2008 թվականից ի վեր՝ մինչև 2009 թվականը, France Telecom-ի 23 աշխատակից է ինքնասպան եղել: Արհմիությունները դրանում մեղադրել են ընկերության որդեգրած կոշտ քաղաքականությունը:
France Telecom-ի ղեկավարները, սակայն, հայտարարել են, թե ինքնասպանությունների մեջ իրենք մեղավոր չեն, քանի որ իրենց աշխատակիցների թիվը մոտ 100 հազար է ու իրենք չեն կարող պատասխանատվություն կրել բոլոր աշխատակիցների կյանքի համար: Այսպես, 2000-ին ընկերության 28 աշխատակից է ինքնասպան եղել, ինչը ընկերությունը վիճակագրորեն անսովոր բան չի համարում:
2009-ին 32-ամյա մի կին էր իրեն գցել Փարիզում ընկերության գրասենյակի պատուհանից, նույն ժամանակահատվածում Տրուա քաղաքում 49-ամյա մի աշխատակից էր դանակով իրեն հարվածել խորհրդակցության ժամանակ, երբ լսել էր, որ իրեն մեկ այլ ստորաբաժանում են տեղափոխելու: Անգամ ժամանակին Ֆրանսիայի աշխատանքի նախարար Քսավիեր Դարկոսն էր հանդիպել France Telecom-ի գործադիր տնօրեն Դիդիե Լոմբարդի հետ ու քննարկել ստեղծված իրավիճակը:
Արհմիությունները պնդում էին, որ էֆեկտիվության հետևից վազքի պատճառով France Telecom-ում ստեղծվում է ծանր էմոցիոնալ ֆոն՝ հատկապես տարեց աշխատակիցների համար: Ընկերության մասնավորեցումից ի վեր ընկերությունը կրճատել է ավելի քան 40 հազար աշխատատեղ: Ղեկավարությունն իր հերթին հերքում է ինքնասպանությունների թվի աճն իր աշխատակիցների շրջանում ու հայտարարում, որ դրանց պատճառն անձնական է, այլ ոչ թե ծառայողական:
