Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում քաղաքական վերլուծաբան Սարո Սարոյանը, պատասխանելով մեր այն հարցին, թե մեր իշխանություններն այս քառօրյա պատերազմից հետո դասեր կքաղե՞ն, կփոխե՞ն կառավարման իրենց մոտեցումները, պատասխանեց, որ մինչ այժմ նրանք շարժվել են ըստ իրավիճակի եւ ըստ այդմ էլ տրվել են լուծումները. իրավիճակը խաղաղ էր, ընդդիմությունը՝ անատամ, հանրությունը՝ անկարող, ուրեմն էլ ի՞նչ կարիք կար մտածելու, թե պետք է կոռուպցիան վերացնել, անարդարությունն արմատախիլ անել։

«Գործող վարչախմբի մոտ չի եղել խնդիրները պարզելու, հասկանալու, ծրագրելու, լուծումներ տալու գիտակցված վարք։ Ընդհանրապես, հարստանալու մոլուցքը չէր էլ կարող այդ մարդկանց աչքերը բացել։ Ինչո՞ւ հագուրդ չտալ սեփական ընչաքաղցությանը։ Սա է եղել չինովնիկների ու օլիգարխների մտածողությունն ու ընդհանրական մոտեցումը երկրի խնդիրներին։ Այսօր իրավիճակն է, որ ստիպում է ինչ-ինչ քայլեր ձեռնարկել։ Եւ քանի որ նույն այդ իրավիճակի շնորհիվ է, որ ակնկալվում է ինչ-ինչ փոփոխությունների անցկացումը, ուստի հանրությունը շատ լավ պետք է գնահատի ներկա իրավիճակը եւ հենց հիմա պարտադրի վարչախմբին՝ գնալ տվյալ խնդիրների լուծմանը։ Ապագայում արդեն ուշ կլինի։ Կոռուպցիան իսկապես ծնկի է բերել Հայաստանը։ Իսկ վարչախումբն էլ, քանի որ իրավիճակի պարտադրանքի լեզուն է միայն հասկանում, ուստի հանրությունը միայն իր պարտադրանքով կարող է հասնել փոփոխությունների։ Թե չէ հույս կապել, թե դաս կառնեն եւ այլն, ես չեմ հավատում։ Մենք բոլորս, անգամ Ցեղասպանությունից ու ղարաբաղյան առաջին պատերազմից դաս չենք առել, ուր մնաց այս չորսօրյա պատերազմից դաս առնենք։ Դաս առնելը, բարեփախումներ անցկացնելը մեր հանրության ձեռքին է, ոչ թե վարչախմբի։ Որքանով կպարտադրի, այնքանով էլ կոռուպցիան կնվազի։

Հենց այսօր է ժամանակը՝ խոսել բոլոր կոռուպցիոներների մասին, ջրի երես հանել այն անձանց, կապերը, հանգամանքները, բացերը, որոնք թույլ չեն տվել մեզ զարգանալ։ Եթե այսօր դրանք չանենք, վաղը, երբ պատերազմը կրկին կթակի մեր դուռը, արդեն ուշ կլինի։ Այսօր պարտական ենք մեր զինվորին, որ թշնամին մեր դռանը չի կանգնած, սակայն մեր վերաբերմունքը եթե չփոխենք, ապա վաղը մեր զինվորն էլ չի փրկի։ Այնպես որ, եկեք հույսը մեզ վրա դնենք, ոչ թե վարչախմբի, թե իրենք դաս առած կլինեն։ Քաղաքական վարքը սուբյեկտային վարք է, եթե մենք սուբյեկտ չենք, ապա մեր փոխարեն վաղը մեր գլխին ու մեր վարչախմբի գլխին սուբյեկտ կլինեն, տեր կլինեն ուրիշները։ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության զինվորը մեզ արդեն բազում անգամներ է փրկել, մենք իրեն փոխհատուցելու խնդիր ունենք։ Պարտադրանք, միայն սա է ճանապարհը։ Պարտադրանք բոլորին, ովքեր մեր ազգի ազատության ու բարեկեցության դեմ են դուրս գալիս»,- նշել է վերլուծաբանը։
