Արտակ Շաբոյանը կնախագահի ԱՊՀ հակամենաշնորհային քաղաքականության միջպետական խորհուրդը

ԱՊՀ հակամենաշնորհային քաղաքականության միջպետական խորհուրդը երկու տարի ժամկետով այսուհետ կնախագահի ՀՀ Տնտեսական մրցակցության պաշտպանության պետական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արտակ Շաբոյանը: Նա փոխարինում է այդ պաշտոնը 10 տարի զբաղեցրած ՌԴ հակամենաշնորհային ծառայության ղեկավար Իգոր Արտեմևին: Այս մասին հայտարարվեց Երևանում ապրիլի 14-ին անցկացվող ԱՊՀ անդամ-պետությունների հակամենաշնորհային քաղաքականության 44-րդ նիստի ժամանակ:
ՏՄՊՊՀ նախագահը հանդես եկավ ելույթով` անդրադառնալով համատեղ վարույթներին, որոնք իրականացվել են տնտեսության մի շարք կարևոր ոլորտներում, որոնք հետաքրքրություն են ներկայացնում սպառողների շահերի պաշտպանության տեսանկյունից: «Խոսքը վերաբերում է ավիափոխադրումների, երկաթուղային բեռնափոխադրումների, բենզինի, հեռահաղորդակցության, մասնավորապես, ռոմինգի հեռախոսակապի, դեղերի, շինանյութերի, ցորենի, ալյուրի և պարենային մի շարք այլ ապրանքային շուկաներին»,-ասաց Շաբոյանը:
Նա նկատեց, որ ռոմինգ հեռախոսակապի սակագների առումով դրական արդյունքներ են արձանագրվել: Մասնավորապես, «ԱրմենՏել» ընկերությունն արդեն 65 տոկոսով իջեցրել է սակագները, իսկ «ՎիվաՍել-ՄՏՍ» և «Ucom» ընկերությունները նվազեցրել են միջօպերատորական սակագները, որոնք հաջորդ ամսվանից սկսած իրենց ազդեցությունը կթողնեն սպառողների համար սահմանված սակագների վրա` մոտ 50-60 տոկոսի չափով:
Շաբոյանն անդրադարձավ նաև «Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղի» ընկերությունում բացահայտված իրավախախտումներին` նշելով, որ այս գործը ներկայում գտնվում է երկու երկրների մրցակցային մարմինների համատեղ վարույթում:
Նրա խոսքով` անբարեխիղճ մրցակցության դրսևորման մի քանի գործեր ուղարկվել են Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության իրենց գործընկերներին, որոնցից մեկն էր վերաբերում է ռուսական UT-Air ավիաընկերությանը: Արտակ Շաբոյանի շեշտեց, որ իրենց կողմից հարցի բարձրացումից հետո ռուսական կողմը վարույթ հարուցեց և իրավախախտման դրսևորումները անմիջապես կանխվեցին: «Այս պահին հարուցված են վարչական վարույթներ ռուսական «Աէրոֆլոտ» և «Սիբիր ավիա» ընկերությունների նկատմամբ, որոնց գործերը շուտով կուղրակվեն Ռուսաստանի հակամենաշնորհային ծառայություն»,-ավելացր եց նա:
ՏՄՊՊՀ նախագահը նաև տեղեկացրեց, որ այս պահին ընթացքի մեջ է բնակարանաշինության ոլորտում համատեղ ուսումնասիրությունը: Այն կբացահայտի, թե հատկապես ինչպիսի խոչընդոտներ կան, այդ թվում` լիցենզիաների, թույլտվությունների, պետական վճարների հետ կապված, որոնք սահմանափակում են էկոնոմ դասի մատչելի բնակարանների շինարարությունը: Բացի այդ` հայկական մեկ ընկերության օրինակով գնագոյացման հաշվարկներ են իրականացվում` պարզելու նոր կառուցվող բնակարանների գները որքանով են հիմնավոր և ինչ հնարավորություններ կան դրանք իջեցնելու համար:
Այսօր ավելի վաղ անցկացվել է համամենաշնորհային քաղաքանության նիստ ԵԱՏՄ անդամ-պետությունների շրջանակում: Նիստերին մասնակցելու նպատակով Հայաստան են ժամանել ԱՊՀ և ԵԱՏՄ անդամ-երկրների 30-ից ավելի պաշտոնյաներ:
