ԵԱՏՀ պաշտոնյան վստահեցնում է` նավթամթերքի միասնական շուկան օգտակար կլինի նաև Հայաստանի համար

Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովն իր առջև խնդիր է դրել էլեկտրաէնեգետիկական միասնական շուկայի ձևավորումն ավարտին հասցնել 2019-ին, իսկ նավթամթերքինն ու գազինը` մինչ 2025 թվականը: Զուգահեռաբար նշյալ ոլորտներում հայեցակարգերի ստեղծման ուղղությամբ են աշխատանքներ իրականացվում: Այս մասին Երևանում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտնեց Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի էներգետիկայի և ենթակառուցվածքի հարցերով Կոլեգիայի անդամ (ն ախարար) Դանիլ Իբրաևը: «Էլեկտրաէներգետիկայի հայեցակարգը արդեն հաստատվել է, գազի մասին հայեցակարգը մոտակա ժամանակներս կդրվի նախագահների խորհրդի քննարկմանը, նավթամթերքի ոլորտի վերաբերյալ կան հարցեր, որոնք մենք պետք է դեռևս քննարկենք ու հստակեցնենք: Այդ հայեցակարգերը կլինեն այն ձևաչափով, որոնց միջոցով նշված ժամանակահատվածներում կձևավորվեն էներգառեսուրսների ընդհանուր շուկաները»,-ասաց նա: 

Նրա խոսքով` նավթամթերքի ու գազի ընդհանուր շուկայի ստեղծման վերաբերյալ հայեցակարգի մշակման աշխատանքներում ակնկալում են հակամենաշնորհային քաղաքականությամբ զբաղվող մարմինների համագործակցությունը: «Նավթամթերքի առնչությամբ հարց կա բարձրացված, թե արդյոք պետք է հաստատել վերին գին, այն ինչ առաջարկում է Բելառուսը: Թե ինչպես պետք է ձևավորվի այդ գինը, ինչ մեխանիզմներով, դա մենք ցանկանում ենք, որ քննարկեն հենց մրցակցային պաշտպանության գերատեսչությունները, իհարկե, ոլորտային գերատեսչությունների հետ համագործակցաբար»,-նշեց Իբրաևը: ԵԱՏՀ պաշտոնյայի հավաստմամբ` նավթամթերքի միասնական շուկան օգտակար կլինի նաև Հայաստանի համար: Նրա կարծիքով` անհրաժեշտ է զարգացնել նավթամթերքի բորսային գնումները և ապահովել հավասար հասանելիություն ԵԱՏՄ անդամ բոլոր երկրների ներմուծողների համար:

Խոսելով միասնական տրանսպորտային տարածության ձևավորման մասին` Դանիլ Իբրաևը նշեց, որ դա հավասար հնարավորություններ կապահովի անդամ-երկիրների ընկերությունների համար, որոնք կկարողանան հեշտորեն ողջ միության տարածքում ծառայություններ մատուցել: «Ինչի համար է դա պետք, դա անհրաժեշտ է ոչ միայն փոխադրող ընկերություններին, այլև սպառողներին, քանի որ գինը էականորեն ցածր կլինի: Մենք խոսում ենք այն բանի մասին, որ տրանսպորտային միջոցները կախված չլինեն ծագման երկրից, այլ կարողանան ազատորեն դիմել»,-նկատեց նա:

Դանիլ Իբրաևը հավելեց, որ միության երկրներում, իսկ ավելի շատ Հայաստանում ծով դուրս գալու սահմանափակումներ կան, ինչը նաև քիչ հավանական է դարձնում քո միջոցով տրանզիտային ուղու ձևավորումը, իսկ համապատասխան տարածքի ձևավորման դեպքում հնարավոր կլինի իջեցնել ապրանքների տրանսպորտային ծախսերը:
