ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԶՔԳՎ 5-րդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ երկու պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայողների սպանության դեպքի առթիվ, որի շրջանակներում ձեռնարկված անհետաձգելի քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել  են սպանության հանգամանքները, առերևույթ  հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը։

Այս մասին  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից՝ նշելով. «2016 թվականի ապրիլի 6-ին N զորամասի հրետանու կրակային դիրքում մահացու հրազենային վիրավորումներով հայտնաբերվել են պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայողներ, շարքայիններ Գրիգոր Հերմոնի Ավետիսյանը և Սուրեն Արթուրի Արամյանը:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԶՔԳՎ 5-րդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 6-րդ կետերի հատկանիշներով:

Քրեական գործի նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ դեպքի նախորդող օրը նշված զինծառայողների մասնակցությամբ տեղի է ունեցել լեզվակռիվ, որի ժամանակ հնչեցվել են հայհոյանքներ։

Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝  իրեն ուղղված հայհոյանքների համար վրեժխնդիր լինելու շարժառիթով նույն զորամասի մեկ այլ ժամկետային զինծառայող 2016 թվականի ապրիլի 6-ին՝ ժամը  02:30-ի սահմաններում,  իրեն ամրակցված ինքնաձիգից կրակոցներ է արձակել նախ՝ Գ.Ավետիսյանի, ապա՝  Ս.Արամյանի ուղղությամբ: Գ.Ավետիսյանը՝ կրծքավանդակի շրջանում, իսկ  Ս.Արամյանը՝ որովայնի շրջանում ստացած հրազենային մարմնական վնասվածքներից մահացել են։

Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ շարքային զինծառայողին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 6-րդ կետերով (երկու կամ ավելի անձանց սպանություն՝ շատերի կյանքի համար վտանգավոր եղանակով): Քննիչը միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել դատարան՝ նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը կիրառելու վերաբերյալ, ինչը բավարարվել է։

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:

 Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվող կամ մեղադրվող անձը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով`դատարանի`օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով»:
