Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանի որոշմամբ այսօր կայացել է Գլխավոր պողոտայի «Վերնիսաժ» հատվածի վերակառուցման, արդիականացման, կանոնակարգման և բարեկարգման նախագծի վերաբերյալ վերջին օրերին շահագրգիռ տարբեր խմբերի հետ իրականացված քննարկումների ամփոփիչ հանրային բաց լսումը:
Քննարկմանը մասնակցել են Երևանի ավագանու երեք խմբակցությունների ներկայացուցիչներ, ճարտարապետներ, մշակույթի և արվեստի գործիչներ, տարածքում առևտրային գործունեություն իրականացնող անձիք, ինչպես նաև հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ ու շահագրգիռ այլ անձիք:
Հանրային բաց լսումը վարող Երևանի քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Դավիթ Օհանյանը նշել է, որ անցած մի քանի օրերի ընթացքում հրավիրված քննարկումների շրջանակում շահագրգիռ տարբեր խմբերի առանձին-առանձին ներկայացվել են  ծրագիրն ու առաջարկվող նախագծերը, որոնց վերաբերյալ քննարկումների մասնակիցները ներկայացրել են իրենց տեսակետներն ու առաջարկները: Ընդգծելով ծրագրի կարևորությունը, նա նաև հավելել է, որ տարածքի բարեկարգումն ու արդիականացումը մայրաքաղաքի համար սպասված ծրագիր է, ինչի արդյունքում Երևանի կենտրոնում կձևավորվի ավելի բարեկարգ ու կանոնակարգված վերնիսաժ, որն ավելի հարիր կլինի մայրաքաղաքի տեսքին: Ըստ այդմ, քաղաքապետի տեղակալը վստահեցրել է, որ շահագրգիռ բոլոր կողմերի համար փոխընդունելի նախագիծ ունենալու նպատակով, անցած օրերի քննարկումների շրջանակում ներկայացված առաջարկները կքննարկվեն մասնագետների կողմից: 
Բաց լսման մասնակիցները ևս նշել են, որ տարածքի բարեկարգումն ու արդիականացումը իսկապես սպասված է և իրենց հերթին ներկայացրել են որոշ առաջարկներ, որոնք ևս կքննարկվեն մասնագետների կողմից: 
Ամփոփելով հանրային բաց լսումը, նշվել է, որ Գլխավոր պողոտայի «Վերնիսաժ» հատվածի վերակառուցման, արդիականացման, կանոնակարգման և բարեկարգման վերջնական նախագիծը կներկայացվի հանրությանը:
