Լևոն Հայրապետյանի պաշտպանները կբողոքարկեն նրա դատավճիռը

Լեւոն Հայրապետյանի պաշտպանները բողոքարկելու են դատավճիռը։ Այս մասին «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ին ասել է նրա փաստաբան Դավիթ Խեչյանը: «Մենք, իհարկե, կբողոքարկենք, դատավճիռը։ Ընդհանուր առմամբ, Հայարապետյանը 1 տարի և 2 ամիս անցկացրել է տնային կալանքի տակ և քննչակ ան մեկուսարանում, և դա հաշվի կառնվիպատժի կատարման ժամկետում»,-ասել է փատաբանը։
Մոսկվայի Զամոսկվորեցկի դատարանը գործարար Լեւոն Հայրապետյանին 4 տարվա ազատազրկման էր դատապարտել՝ նրան մեղավոր ճանաչելով 700 հազար դոլարի չափով խարդախություն կատարելու համար, հայտնում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
«Դատարանը որոշել է Հայրապետյանին մեղավոր ճանաչել ՌԴ ՔՕ 159-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի համաձայն եւ 4 տարվաազատազրկման դատապարտել ընդհանուր ռեժիմի բանտում»,-վճիռը հրապարակել է դատավորը:
Դատարանը հաստատել է, որ Հայրապետյանը փաստաբան Սերգեյ Անտոնովի հետ Բաշկիրիայի նախկին սենատոր Իգոր Իզմեստեւի մորից 700 հազար դոլար է վերցրել նրա որդու պատիժը մեղմելուն նպաստելու համար, սակայն իրականում չի կարողացել ազդել դատավճռի վրա:
