Նոբելյան մրցանակակիրները հանդիպեցին գիտություններով հետաքրքրված երիտասարդների հետ

Նոբելյան մրցանակակիրները հիացած են  Հայաստանով և «UWC Դիլիջան»  դպրոցով:  «Նոբելյան օրեր Երևանում» գիտական միջոցառման շրջանակում քոլեջի սաները, Երևանի ու Տավուշի մարզի ավագ դպրոցականներն ու ուսանողները հանդիպեցին Նոբելյան հինգ մրցանակակիրների՝Ադա Յոնաթի, Էյ-Իշի Նեգիշիի,  Դեն Շեխտմանի, Աhարոն Չիխանովերի, Ջոն Ռոբին Ուորենի հետ:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում դափնեկիրները համառոտ ներկայացրին իրենց անցած ուղին ու կատարած հայտնագործությունները, որոնց համար արժանացել են Նոբելյան մրցանակի: Այնուհետև հանդիպման մասնակիցներին հնարավորություն տրվեց իրենց հետաքրքրող հարցերն ուղղել գիտնականներին:

Աշակերտների այն հարցին, թե ինչպես են գիտնականները գտնում իրենց ոլորտում մոտիվացիա ու սկսում գիտնականի կարիերան, պրոֆեսորներ Շեխտմանը և Յոնաթն ասացին, որ գիտությունն իրենց հետաքրքրել է դեռ փոքր տարիքից:«Գաղտնիքը աշխարհը ճանաչելու ցանկության ու հետաքրքրասիրության մեջ է: Եվ շատ կարևոր է առջևում միշտ ունենալ բարձր նպատակ»,- ավելացրեց Շեխտմանը:

Երիտասարդները նաև ցանկացան լսել գիտնականների կարծիքն այն մասին, թե մարդկանց կյանքը երկարացնելու փորձերի հետևանքով արդյոք չի՞ խախտվի բնության հավասրակշռությունը, Երկիր մոլորակում գերբնակեցվածություն չի՞ առաջանա: Ադա Յոնաթն իր պատասխանում ընդգծեց, որ գիտության նպատակը մարդկանց կյանքն ավելի առողջ դարձնելն է, այլ ոչ թե առողջության որակով երկրագնդի գերբնակեցվածության հանգեցնելը:

Էյ-Իշի Նեգիշին լրագրողներին ասաց, որ շատ զարմացած և հիացած է Դիլիջանի դպրոցով: Նա մեծ հաճույք ստացավ` շփվելով երիտասարդ սերնդի հետ ու ինչ-որ տեղ մոտիվացնելով նրանց՝ ժամանակի ընթացքում գտնելու իրենց ճանապարհը գիտության մեջ:

Ջոն Ռոբին Ուորենը նշեց, որ Հայաստանը շատ տպավորիչ երկիր է, իսկ մարդիկ` ընկերասեր ու բարի: Նա նաև շատ է հավանել հայկական ուտեստները: Պրոֆեսորը  հավելեց, որ Հայաստանում McDonalds-ի և այլ տեսակի արագ սննդի բացակայությունն իրեն շատ է ուրախացնում. նա հորդորեց թույլ չտալ այդ տեսակ սննդին ներխուժել երկիր: Ուորենը նաև հիացած է հայերի խաղաղասեր բնավորությամբ` հաշվի առնելով անգամ Թուրքիայի ու Ադրբեջանի հետ լարված հարաբերությունները: Նա հույս հայտնեց, որ Թուրքիան ևս մի օր կընդունի Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը և երկրների միջև հարաբերությունները կկար գավորվեն:

«UWC Դիլիջան» դպրոցի համահիմնադիր Վերոնիկա Զոնաբենդն ասում է,որ դպրոցը հիմնվել է կրթական կենտրոն դառնալու, ճիշտ չափորոշիչներ ու ձգտումներ ստեղծելու նպատակով: «Երեխաների համար եզակի հնարավորություն էր հանդիպել Նոբելյան դափնեկիրներին. ամեն դեպքում, եթե նույնիսկ նրանք գիտնականների խիստ մասնագիտական խոսքը չեն հասկացել, սա շատ ոգևորիչ հանդիպում էր նրանց համար»,- մանրամասնեց Զոնաբենդը:

Միջոցառման համակարգող հանձնաժողովի նախագահ, Մխիթար Հերացու անվան պետական բժշկական համալսարանի գիտական աշխատանքների գծով պրոռեկտոր, պրոֆեսորԿոնստանտին Ենկոյանը հավելեց, որ Նոբելյան մրցանակակիրներին հրավիրելու գաղափարը ծնվել է երիտասարդներին ոգեշնչելու նպատակով: «Գիտական նորարարություններ ստեղծելու համար հարկավոր է համապատասխան միջավայր և գիտական մթնոլորտ»,- բացատրեց Ենկոյանը:Նա ավելացրեց, որ գիտնական հյուրերի գրաֆիկը շատ ծանրաբեռնված է, բայց նրանք ժամանակ են գտել Հայաստանում հանդիպումների և դասախոսությունների մասն ակցելու: Նրա խոսքով` ծրագրի շարունակականությունը կախված կլինի դափնեկիրների զբաղվածութան աստիճանից:
