Թուրքիայի վերաբերյալ բանաձև ընդունելով` Եվրոպան հետագա առևտրի ճանապարհ է բացում. քաղաքագետ

Թուրքիայի վերաբերյալ Եվրախորհրդարանի ընդունած բանաձևը քարոզչական իմաստով կարևոր է, բայց գործնականում ոչինչ չի տա: Կոչերն այդպես էլ կմնան հայտարարության մակարդակով:
Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց քաղաքագետ Լևոն Շիրինյանը:
«Եթե Եվրոպան ցանկանում է, որ Թուրքիան կարգավորի հարաբերությունները Հայաստանի հետ, բացի սահմանները, առերեսվի սեփական պատմությանը, ապա, հայտարարություններից բացի, պետք է պատժամիջոցներ կիրառի նրա նկատմամբ: Եթե այդ պատժամիջոցները չկան, հետևաբար նման բանաձևը պարզապես խաղ է»,-ասաց քաղաքագետ Լևոն Շիրինյանը:
Քաղաքագետը նշեց, որ Եվրախորհրդարանի այդ բանաձևը պարզապես Թուրքիային ճնշելու միջոց է: Ըստ նրա` Հայոց ցեղասպանության հարցի հետ կապվածª եվրոպական կառույցները տարիներ շարունակ նույն բանն են անում:
«Երբ խնդիր են ունենում Թուրքիայի հետ, այդ ժամանակ նման բանաձևեր են առաջ քաշում, իսկ կոնկրետ արդյունքի հասնելու համար պատժամիջոցներ են պետք, որովհետև Թուրքիան այն պետությունը չէ, որ պարզապես հայտարարությամբ հասկանա: Եվրոպային առանձնապես չի հետաքրքրում Հայաստանին շրջափակել են, թե քրդերին են կոտորում: Պարզապես Թուրքիան հզորացել է և անկանխատեսելի դարձել, փախստականների «գրոհ» է կազմակերպել դեպի Եվրոպա, հետևաբար Եվրոպան էլ այլ ուղղություններով է փորձում ճնշել Թուրքիային»,-ավելացրեց քաղաքագետն` ընդգծելով, որ Եվրոպան հետագա առևտրի ճանապարհ է բացում:
Եվրոպական խորհրդարանը Ստրասբուրգում ապրիլի 14-ին կայացած լիագումար նիստում ընդունել է 2015թ. Թուրքիայի առաջընթացի մասին բանաձևը: Բանաձևի 1-ին բաժնի 8-րդ կետում Եվրոպական խորհրդարանը Հայաստանին և Թուրքիային կոչ է արել շարունակել իրենց հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացը և «առանց նախապայմանների հաստատել դիվանագիտական հարաբերություններ»: Խորհրդարանը նաև կոչ է արել բացել հայ-թուրքական սահմանը, ինչն էլ կբերի հարաբերությունների զարգացման` հատկապես միջսահմանային համագործակցության և տնտեսական ինտեգրման: Բանաձևում հÕ �ում է կատարվում նաև 2015թ. ապրիլի 15-ին Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի կողմից Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-ամյակի առնչությամբ ընդունված բանաձևին: Այս հղման առնչությամբ Վիեննայում ելույթ ունենալիս մտահոգություն է հայտնել Թուրքիայի` ԵՄ հարցերով նախարար Վոլկան Բոզկիրը` շեշտելով, որ իր կառավարությունը «առ ոչինչ» է համարում այդ բանաձևը և այն վերադարձնելու է խորհրդարան:
