ՊՆ-ն կստորագրի ՌԴ-ի հետ զինտեխնիկայի մատակարարման պայմանագրերը՝ հստակեցնելով ժամկետները

ՀՀ կառավարությունը հաստատեց «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության կառավարության միջև ՀՀ կառավարությանը պետական արտահանման վարկ տրամադրելու մասին» համաձայնագրի դրույթներն իրականացնելու մասին հարցը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի տեղակալ Արա Նազարյանը նշեց, որ նախագծով պաշտպանական գերատեսչության ղեկավարին հանձնարարվում է ՌԴ համապատասխան մարմինների (այդ թվում՝ ՌԴ ռազմատեխնիկական համագործակցության Դաշնային ծառայություն և «ՌոսՕբորոնԷքսպորտ» ԲԸ) հետ քննարկել և ստորագրել տրամադրվող վարկի շրջանակներում ժամանակակից ռազմական նշանակության արտադրանքի մատակարարման պայմանագրերը՝ արտացոլելով մատակարարումների ծավալները, ժամկետները և գները:
Նախագծով կառավարությունը հանձնարարեց նաև ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարին՝ իրականացնել հսկողություն պետական արտահանման վարկ տրամադրելու համաձայնագրով հայկական կողմի ստանձնած պարտավորությունների կատարման նկատմամբ, իսկ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարին՝ հստակեցնել Հայաստանին մատակարարվող ժամանակակից սպառազինության և ռազմական տեխնիկայի անվանացանկը:
Ըստ որոշման՝ ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի նախագահին առաջարկվում է համաձայնագրի 7-րդ հոդվածի դրույթների համաձայն՝ մինչև 2016 թվականի ապրիլի 29-ը Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության «Վնեշէկոնոմբանկ»-ի հետ իրականացնել աշխատանքներ վարկի հաշվառման և հաշվարկների վարման տեխնիկական կարգի մասին համաձայնագիր կնքելու ուղղությամբ, վարկի հաշվառման և հաշվարկների վարման տեխնիկական կարգի մասին համաձայնագրի ստորագրման մասին հնգօրյա ժամկետում տեղեկացնել ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարությանը և ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությանը:
Ապրիլի 7-ին Երևանում կայացած հանդիպման ժամանակ Հայաստանի վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը Ռուսաստանի վարչապետ Դմիտրի Մեդվեդևին առաջարկել էր հրահանգել «Ռոսօբորոնէքսպորտ»-ին՝ արագացնել Հայաստանին սպառազինություն մատակարարելու վերաբերյալ պայմանագրի կնքումը: «Մենք շնորհակալ ենք ռուսական կողմին Հայաստանի կարիքների համար ռազմական արտադրանքի մատակարարման ֆինանսավորման նպատակով պետական արտահանման վարկի տրամադրման համար: Սակայն համաձայնագրի դրույթների իրականա ցման գործընթացում որոշակի դանդաղում կա, այդ պատճառով խնդրում եմ ցուցում տալ «Ռոսօբորոնէքսպորտին» պայմանագիրը ստորագրելու հարցում», - ասել էր Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը:
