Նռան կեղևի բուժիչ հատկությունները

Պարզվում է որ նռան կեղևը հանդիսանում է իսկական դեղամիջոց: Այն կարող է իր հատուկ տեղը զբաղեցնել ձեր դեղատուփի մեջ: Ճիճուների, լուծի, դիզենտերիայի, հաստ աղիքի բորբոքային պրոցեսների ու խոցերի դեպքում այն օգնում է շատ արագ վերացնել ցավային զգացողությունները:
Արդյունքը տեսանելի է լինում 3-ից 4 ժամից: Իսկ այդ մրգի կեղևի օգտագործման համար հարկավոր է միայն չորացնել նրա կեղևն ու անհրաժեշտության դեպքում պատրաստել նրանից եփուկ:

Հարկավոր է անպայման պահպանել 1:20 չափաքանակը:Այդ հարաբերակցությունը վերաբերվում է նռան կեղևին ու եռացրած ջրին: Որպեսզի կարողանաք եփուկը պատրաստել, եռացրեք ջուրն ու նրա մեջ լցրեք կեղևն ու սպասեք մինչև որ այն նորից եռա: Որից հետո արագ վերցրեք կրակի վրայից ու ծածկեք այն կափարիչով(ամուր) ու թողեք 30 րոպե: Այն չի կարելի քամել:
Եփուկի ընդունման ժամանակ շատ կարևոր է, որպեսզի պահպանեք հաջորդականությունը ՝1 օր բուժում, հաջորդ օրը հանգիստ: Ընդհանուր կուրսը կարող է տևել 5 օր(հանգստի հաջորդականությամբ այսինքն այդ ընթացքում 3 օր հարկավոր է ընդունել եփուկը):Այդ եփուկը խմեք սոված ժամանակ: Մեկ օրվա ընթացքում 4 անգամ ՝50-ական մլ-ով, փոքր կումերով:
Եփուկի անհրաժեշտ քանակությունը՝ 50 մլ, կաթսայից վերցնելուց հետո այն նորից փակեք կափարիչով ու թողեք ավելի լավ թրմվի:
