ՀԱՊԿ-ն ռազմական բաղադրիչի զարգացման աշխատանքներում հաշվի կառնի կովկասյան տարածաշրջանում վերջին իրադարձությունները

Երևանում ապրիլի 15-ին կայացել է ՀԱՊԿ ռազմական կոմիտեի հերթական՝ ութերորդ նիստը, որն մասնակցել են ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունների` Հայաստանի, Ռուսաստանի, Բելառուսի, Ղազախստանի, Ղրղզստանի, Տաջիկստանի զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբերի պատվիրակությունները, ՀԱՊԿ քարտուղարության և Միացյալ շտաբի ներկայացուցիչները: Նիստին մասնակցել են նաև ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Նիկոլայ Բորդյուժայն և ՀԱՊԿ միացյալ շտաբի պետ, գեներալ-գնդապետ Անատոլի Սիդորովը:

 Այս մասին  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից՝ հավելելով.

«ՀԱՊԿ ռազմական կոմիտեի նիստի ընթացքում մտքեր են փոխանակվել Միացյալ շտաբի գործունեության արդյունավետության բարձրացման ուղղությամբ իրականացվող աշխատանքների վերաբերյալ: Քննարկվել են նաև հավաքական անվտանգության կովկասյան տարածաշրջանում կայունության և անվտանգության ապահովման հարցերը: Ռազմական կոմիտեի նիստի մասնակիցները տեղեկացվել են ապրիլի սկզբին արցախա-ադրբեջանական հակամարտ զորքերի շփման գծում ստեղծված իրավիճակի մասին: Այդ առնչությամբ հայկական կողմն իր մտահոգությունն է հայտնել հակառակորդի սանձազերծած ռազմական ագրեսիայի վերաբերյալ, ինչը բազմաթիվ զոհերի պատճառ է դարձել, այդ թվում՝ նաև խաղաղ բնակչության շրջանում:

Ներկայացնելով նիստի ամփոփիչ արձանագրությունը՝ ՀՀ ԶՈՒ ԳՇ պետ, գեներալ-գնդապետ Յուրի Խաչատուրովը նշել է, որ ռազմական անվտանգության սպառնալիքները ՀԱՊԿ-ի պատասխանատվության գոտում համալիր բնույթ ունեն և շոշափում են քաղաքական, տնտեսական, տեղեկատվական և կենսական նշանակություն ունեցող մյուս ոլորտները: Դա խաղաղության և անվտանգության ապահովման մեխանիզմները, հավաքական անվտանգության տարածաշրջանում ինտեգրացիոն գործընթացները կատարելագործելու անհրաժեշտություն է  առաջացնում:

ՀՀ ԶՈՒ ԳՇ պետը նաև փաստել է, որ հաշվի առնելով ռազմաքաղաքական առկա իրավիճակը և վերջին իրադարձությունները Կովկասյան տարածաշրջանում՝ նիստի ընթացքում նախանշվել են հետագա աշխատանքները՝ ուղղված ՀԱՊԿ-ի ռազմական բաղադրիչի զարգացմանը:

Վերոնշյալ հարցերի առնչությամբ քննարկումներ անցկացնելու և մտքեր փոխանակելու նպատակով Հայաստան ժամանած ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունների՝ Ռուսաստանի, Բելառուսի, Ղազախստանի, Ղրղզստանի, Տաջիկստանի զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբերի պատվիրակությունների ղեկավարներին ապրիլի 15-ին ընդունել են ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը և ՀՀ ԶՈՒ ԳՇ պետ, գեներալ-գնդապետ Յուրի Խաչատուրովը:

Երևան կատարած այցի շրջանակում ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Նիկոլայ Բորդյուժան, ՀԱՊԿ միացյալ շտաբի պետ, գեներալ-գնդապետ Անատոլի Սիդորովը, ինչպես նաև ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունների` Ռուսաստանի, Բելառուսի, Ղազախստանի, Ղրղզստանի, Տաջիկստանի զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբերի պատվիրակությունների ղեկավարները եղել են նաև Ծիծեռնակաբերդի հուշահամալիրում՝ հարգանքի տուրք մատուցելով Մեծ եղեռնի զոհերի հիշատակին»:
