Ընտրական օրենսգրքի 4+4+4 ձևաչափով քննարկումներն ավարտվեցին առանց կոնսենսուսի

Ընտրական օրենսգրքի 4+4+4 ձևաչափով քննարկումներն ավարտված են: Ընդդիմության և քաղաքացիական հասարակության ներկայացուցիչները հայտարարեցին, որ ավարտված են համարում այդ ձևաչափով քննարկումները, քանի որ համարում են, որ ընտրական օրենսգրքի նախագծի հարցում կոնսենսուս իշխանությունների հետ քննարկումների արդյունքում այդպես էլ չի կայացել: «Մ ենք կարող ենք արձանագրել, որ կոնսենսուս այս քննարկումների արդյունքում այդպես էլ չի կայացել, որովհետև այն առաջարկները, որ դուք ներկայացնում եք ի պատասխան մեր առաջարկների, մեզ համար ընդունելի չեն: Եթե այդպես է, մենք հիմա կարող ենք արձանագրել, որ այս ձևաչափով քննարկումներն ավարտվում են առանց կոնսենսուսի կայացման, որը մենք այդքան ցանկանում էինք»,- նշեց ՀԱԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Լևոն Զուրաբյանը:
«Իրավունքի Եվրոպա միավորում» իրավապաշտպան հասարակական կազմակերպության ներկայացուցիչ Տիգրան Եգորյանը նույնպես համաձայնեց Լևոն Զուրաբյանի կարծիքի հետ, որ 4+4+4 ձևաչափով քննարկումների արդյունքում ընտրական օրենսգրքի շուրջ կոնսենսուս հնարավոր չեղավ ապահովել: «Այն առաջարկները, որոնք դուք մեզ ներկայացնում եք ու ասում եք, որ զիջումների եք գնացել, դրանք զիջումներ չենք համարում և մեզ չեն բավարարում»,- ասաց Եգորյանը:
ՀՀ կառավարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավար-նախարար Դավիթ Հարությունյանն ցավով նշեց, որ նման գնահատականներ են հնչում, սակայն շնորհակալություն հայտնեց ընդդիմադիրներին և քաղաքացիական հասարակության ներկայացուցիչներին՝ նման ձևաչափով քննարկում կազմակերպելու համար: «Ես ցանկանում եմ իմ երախտագիտությունը հայտնել ձեզ, որ կազմակերպեցինք այս ձևաչափով քննարկումներ, որովհետև այս ընթացքում դուք վեր եք հանել մի շարք խնդիրներ, որոնք իսկապես կարևոր են, և մենք փորձել ենք դրանց լուծման ուղիներ գտնել»,- եզրափակեց Հարությունյանը:
