Ինչպես երևում է անվանումից, դիետայի հիմնական բաղադրիչը կեֆիրն է: 7 օրվա ընթացքում, օրական պետք է խմել 1,5 լիտր կեֆիր: Միաժամանակ կեֆիրի յուղայնությունը չպետք է գերազանցի 1%-ը: Այս մթերքը շատ լավ է մարսողության համար և մաքրում է օրգանիզմը ավելորդ նյութերից: Այս դիետայից հետո դուք ոչ միայն կնվազեցնեք ձեր քաշը, այլ նաև կունենաք հաճելի թարմության զգացողություն:
7-օրյա ճաշացանկ՝ կեֆիրային դիետայի համար
1.5 լիտր կեֆիրը պետք է բաժանել 4-5 մասի և հավասարաչափ խմել ողջ օրվա ընթացքում: Բացի այդ դուք կարող է ուտել.
1-ին օրը մի քանի եփած կարտոֆիլ՝ միջին չափի, 5 հատից ոչ ավել:
Երկրորդ օրը հավի կրծքամիս, բայց 100 գրամից ոչ ավելի:
Երրորդ օրը մի փոքր տավարի միս, բայց 100 գրամից ոչ ավելի:
Չորրորդ օրը եփած ձուկ, առավելագույնը 150 գրամ: Հինգերորդ օրը հում բանջարեղեն և մրգեր (ցանկացած միրգ, բացի խաղողից և բանանից), ոչ ավելի քան 400 գրամ:
Վեցերորդ օրը կարելի է խմել միայն կեֆիր, իսկ ահա 7-րդ օրը միայն ոչ գազավորված հանքային ջուր:
