Իսլամական համագործակցություն կազմակերպության ամփոփիչ փաստաթղթում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի վերաբերյալ տեղ գտած ձևակերպումներն ամբողջությամբ աղավաղում են ԼՂ հակամարտության էությունը, որը արդյունք է Ադրբեջանի՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքը ռազմական եղանակով ճշնելու քաղաքականության: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին «News.am» գործակալության հարցին ի պատա սխան ասել է ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալ Շավարշ Քոչարյանը:

«Տվյալ ձևակերպումներով մերժվում է ժողովուրդների ինքնորոշման իրավունքի նկատմամբ հարգանքը, որը հանդիսանում է նաև Իսլամական համագործակցության կազմակերպության նպատակներից մեկը և որի հիման վրա ձևավորվել է այդ կազմակերպության անդամ պետությունների մեծամասնությունը:

Իրական ագրեսոր Ադրբեջանը ներկայացվում է որպես զոհ, ինչը նա համարելու է աջակցություն ագրեսիայի նոր ալիք ծավալելուն և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտությանը կրոնական երանգ հաղորդելու իր ջանքերին:

Տարակուսանք է առաջացնում, որ ինքնորոշված ժողովրդի դեմ ծայրահեղ ահաբեկչական կազմակերպությունների ձեռագրով պայքարող Ադրբեջանը և տարածաշրջանում անկայունության, ահաբեկչության և արյունահեղության ալիք տարածող Թուրքիան կարողացան իրենց՝ միջազգային և միջնորդ երկրների ջանքերին հակադիր սադրիչ մոտեցումները հերթական անգամ ներառել Իսլամական համագործակցության կազմակերպության փաստաթղթում»,- ասել է Շավարշ Քոչարյանը:
