 ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի գլխավորությամբ կայացել է «ՀԱՅ ՏԵՔ» կիբեռանվտանգության կենտրոն հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի անդրանիկ նիստը:Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, խորհրդի կազմում ներկայացված են  ՏՀՏ և ԲՏ ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչներ: Հոգաբարձուների խորհր դի անդամներն են ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Դավիթ Տոնոյանը, ՀՀ ՊՆ ռազմարդյունաբերական վարչության պետ, քհծ 2-րդ դասի պետական խորհրդական Մուրադ Իսախանյանը, ԵրՄՄԳ ՓԲԸ տնօրեն Արսեն Թառոյան, «Սինոփսիս Արմենիա» ՓԲԸ տնօրեն Հովիկ Մուսայելյանը, «Ձեռնարկությունների ինկուբատոր» հիմնադրամի տնօրեն Բագրատ Ենգիբարյանը, ՏՀՏ գործատուների միության նախագահ Արմեն Բալդրյանը, Ինֆորմացիոն տեխնոլոգիաների ձեռնարկությունների միության նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Եսայանը և ԵրՄՄԳՀԻ ՓԲԸ տնօրենների խորհրդի քարտուղար Լևոն Պետրոսյանը:

«ՀայՏեք» կիբերանվտանգության կենտրոն հիմնադրամը նպատակ ունի ապահովել պաշտպանական համակարգում բարձր տեխնոլոգիական լուծումների ստեղծումը և դրանց կիրառումը` առավել արդյունավետ օգտագործելով զորակոչիկների մասնագիտական կարողությունները պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայության ընթացքում։ Կենտրոնի գլխավոր նպատակներից է նաև ոլորտի մասնավոր ընկերությունների և ուսումնական հաստատությունների հետ սերտ համագործակցությունը, ինչը կբարձրացնի պաշտպանական համակարգերի անխոցելիությունը կիբեռսպառնալիքներից: Ելնելով իր առջև դրված խնդիրներից՝ Կենտրոնը ունի գործունեության չորս հիմնական ուղղություն.

Ուսումնական և որակավորման դեպարտամենտ

Դեպարտամենտը նույնականացնում և հավաստագրում է նախազորակոչային տարիքի երիտասարդների գիտելիքները՝ նրանցից լավագույններին պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայության ընթացքում հատուկ աշխատանքների  և բարձր տեխնոլոգիական լուծումների մշակման մեջ ներգրավելու նպատակով:

Լուծումների մշակման դեպարտամենտ

Լուծումների մշակման դեպարտամենտը զբաղվում է ՀՀ պաշտպանական համակարգում հատուկ բարձր տեխնոլոգիական նախագծերի իրականացմամբ, տեխնիկական առաջադրանքների մշակմամբ և փորձաքննությամբ:

Կիբերանվտանգության դեպարտամենտ

Կիբերանվտանգության դեպարտամենտը հանդես է գալիս որպես հարթակ կիբերանվտանգության խնդիրների բացահայտման և լուծումների մշակման, ինչպես նաև մասնագետների ուսուցման և վերապատրաստման համար:

Ինկուբացիոն դեպարտամենտ

Կենտրոնի շրջանակում հիմնվել է ռազմական ինկուբատոր, որտեղ մասնավոր թիմեր և ընկերություններ իրենց գործունեություննեն ծավալում: Նրանք ներգրավվում են պաշտպանական ոլորտի խնդիրների լուծման գործում, ինչպես նաև ձեռք բերված փորձը կիրառում քաղաքացիական խնդիրների լուծումներ մշակելու համար։

Կենտրոնը սերտորեն համագործակցելու է տեխնոլոգիական ոլորտի մասնավոր ընկերությունների և ուսումնական հաստատությունների հետ՝ դրանց ներգրավելով կենտրոնի կառավարման և խնդիրների իրականացման գործընթացում։

Կենտրոնը դառնալու է ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության, մասնավոր հատվածի և գիտակրթական ոլորտների միջև արդյունավետ համագործակցության առանցքային հարթակը։
