Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանն անդրադարձավ մարտական գործողությունների ժամանակ փամփուշտների «պակաս լինելու» մասին խոսակցություններին

Ոչ մի հիմնավոր ապացույց չկա այն մասին, թե որևէ ստորաբաժանում ապրիլյան «չորսօրյա» պատերազմի ժամանակ առանց փամփուշտի է եղել, կամ քիչ թվով փափուշտներ են ունեցել: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին Պաշտպանության նախարարությունում լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը նշեց Պաշտպանության նախարարի մամուլի խոսնակ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը:
