Կանայք ավելի դժվարությամբ են թողնում ծխելը, քան տղամարդիկ

Արգենտինայի գիտնականների արված վեջին հետազոտությունների արդյունքները ցույց են տվել, որ կանայք ավելի մեծ դժվարությամբ են թողնում ծխելը, քան տղամարդիկ: Բանն այն է, որ կանայք ավելի են հակված նյարդայնանալուն, սթրեսներին և դեպրեսիաներին, ինչը իր հերթին բարդացնում է ծխախոտից հրաժարվելը։

Բուենոս Այրեսի կլինիկաներից մեկը մշակում էր ծխախոտից հրաժարվելու ծրագիր հատուկ կանանց համար: Շաբաթեկան երկու անգամ իրականացվում է կանանց համար անվճար խորհրդատվություն: Նրանցից շատերը գալիս են իրենց կյանքի ընկերների հետ, որպեսզի երկուսով ազատվեն վատ սովորությունից:
«Մենք ուսումնասիրում ենք, թե ինչպես են մարդիկ թողնում ծխելը՝ կախված իրենց սեռից: Ինչպես երևում է մեր ուսումնասիրություններից, կանանց համար ավելի դժվար է լինում.,- ասում է բժշկուհի Մարիա Վիկտորիա Արմալեոն: Բժիշկի խոսքերով՝ հիմնական խնդիրները, որոնց հետ կանայք առնչվում են, անհանգստությունն է, դեպրոսիաները և ընտանեկան բռնությունները: Բացի այդ, նշվում են շատ խնդիրներ, որոնք երբեք չեն առաջանում տղամարդկանց մոտ: Օրինակ շատ կանայք վախենում են գիրանալուց, այն բանից հետո, երբ թողնեն ծխելը:
Տվյալ կլինիկայում բուժումը տևում է երկու ամիս: Բուժումը սկսելուց առաջ հետազոտում են, թե ինչով է պայմանավորված կնոջ մոտ ծխախոտի հանդեպ հակվածությունը, ինչից հետո մասնագետները նոր բուժման կուրս են նշանակում, անհրաժեշտության դեպքում էլ դեղերորայք: Մարիա Վիկտորիա Արմաելեոն նշում է, որ ծխախոտի վնասը և՛ կանանց և՛ տղամարդկանց համար նույնն է: Սակայն կանանց դեպքում ծխելը կարող է առաջացնել անպտղություն: Բացի այդ, ծխելը նպաստում է կրծքագեղձի և կանացի օրգանների քաղցկեղի առաջացմանը:
Առողջապահության նախարարության արված հետազոտությունների համաձայն՝ ծխող կանանց մոտ քաղցկեղի առաջացման հավանականությունը մեծանում է 27 տոկոսով:
