Սոֆի Մխեյանի բաց նամակը` Եվրոպայի Խորհրդին

Հայ մշակութային գործիչները շարունակում են Facebook սոցիալական ցանցի իրենց պաշտոնական էջերի միջոցով բաց նամակներ ուղղել միջազգային կառույցներին: Մկրտիչ Արզումանյանի եւ Էրիկ Կարապետյանի նամակ-դիմումներին հետեւեց Սոֆի Մխեյանի նամակը, որն ուղղված է ԵԽ-ին:
«Եվրոպայի Խորհրդի հարգարժան անդամներ,
Իմ անունը Սոֆի է: Ես հայ եմ: Ցանկանում եմ ձեզ հետ կիսվել ամբողջ հայ ազգի մտահոգությամբ:
Մոտ երկու տասնամյակ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հանրապետությունում բնակվող հայերը կառուցել են խաղաղ եւ դեմոկրատ երկիր: ԼՂՀ-ում մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանությունն ու օրենսդրությունն այնպիսին է, որ շատ զարգացած երկրներ կարող էին նախանձել:
Դժբախտաբար, մեր հարեւան Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է մնալ բռնապետություն, որը ղեկավարվում է իշխանության ծարավ, կոռումպացված կառավարության կողմից, որտեղ մարդկանց իրավունքների խախտման դեպքերը շատ են: ԼՂՀ-ի ժողովուրդը ցանկանում է ունենալ խաղաղ դեմոկրատիա, ոչ թե վայրի բռնապետություն: ԼՂՀ-ի (Արցախի) հայերը երբեք չեն կարող խաղաղության մեջ ապրել Ադրբեջանի տիրապետության ներքո:
Ադրբեջանն իրականացնում է վայրի պատերազմական հանցագործություններ` խախտելով մարդկային իրավունքներ:
Մի բան է պատերազմի գնալը, մեկ այլ բան` պատերազմը հանցագործություններ կատարելու միջոց դարձնելը: Անցած մի քանի օրերի ընթացքում ադրբեջանական բանակը ռմբակոծում էր տներ եւ դպրոցներ, սպանում երեխաների եւ ծերերի, անդամահատում զոհվածների մարմինները: Սա, միանշանակ, անընդունելի երեւույթ է: Ես մեծապես դատապարտում եմ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների կողմից իրականցվող հանցագործ քայլերը եւ խնդրում, որ կանգնեցնեք Ալիեւին եւ ասեք ոչ ռասիզմին: #SayNoToRacism #StopAliyev
