Նազենի Հովհաննիսյանի բաց նամակը` ՄԱԿ-ի Մարդու իրավունքների գրասենյակին

Դերասանուհի-հաղորդավարուհի Նազենի Հովհաննիսյանը եւս միացավ հայ մշակութային գործիչների` միջազգային կազմակերպություններին ուղղված բաց-նամակների նախաձեռնությանը: Նրա դիմումն ուղղված է ՄԱԿ-ի Մարդու իրավունքների գրասենյակին: Հաղորդավարուհու գրառման մեջ ասվում է.
«Հարգարժան Բան Կի-մուն եւ ՄԱԿ-ի ու ՄԱԿ-ի Մարդու իրավունքների գրասենյակի հարգելի անդամներ,
Իմ անունը Նազենի է, ես հայ եմ:
Ապրիլի 1-5-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում Ադրբեջանը խախտեց հրադադարը եւ սկսեց ռազմական գործողություններ` ռմբակոծելով հայկական գյուղերն ու Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հանրապետության քաղաքները, սպանելով անմեղ երեխաների, խոշտանգելով ու սպանելով ծերերին, անդամահատելով ու խեղելով զինվորներին: Այսպիսի հանցավոր եւ ահաբեկչական ռեժիմ իրականացնող այս երկիրն ապրիլի 25-27-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում Բաքվում պատրաստվում է անցկացնել ՄԱԿ Քաղաքակրթությունների դաշինքի 7-րդ գլոբալ ֆորումը: Սա բացարձակապես անընդունելի է։ Այս ֆորումը Բաքվում անցկացնելով` Միացյալ Ազգերի կազմակերպությունն ամբողջությամբ և անդառնալիորեն հեղինակազրկում է իրեն: Ագրեսորներին սթափեցնելու փոխարեն` ՄԱԿ-ը դիվանագիտական վատ օրինակ է ծառայում: Մենք վաստակել ենք պատմականորեն մեր ազգին պատկանող այս հողի վրա խաղաղ ապրելու իրավունքը: Եվ վերջապես ճիշտ այն պահին, երբ թվում է, թե քաղաքականությունն ավելի կեղտոտ չէ՛ր կարող լինել, ՄԱԿ-ն անցկացնում է մարդու իրավունքներին, հանդուրժողականությանն ու խաղաղ գոյակցմանը նվիրված այդ գլոբալ համաժողովը ամենակոռումպացված ու վայրագ բռնապետությունում` Ադրբեջանում: Եթե մոռացել եք, հիշեցնենք. որ Ադրբեջանը ագային հերոսի կոչում տվեց Ռամիլ Սաֆարովին՝ քնած ժամանակ հայ լեյտենանտ Գուրգեն Մարգարյանին կացնահարելու համար։ Մի փոքրիկ հիշեցում. նրանք երկուսն էլ մասնակցում էին ՆԱՏՕ «Գործընկերություն հանուն ԽԱՂԱՂՈՒԹՅԱՆ» զինվորականների համար ուսումնական ծրագրին՝ 2004 թ-ին Բուդապեշտում։ Ադրբեջանի հանցագործությունները պետք է խստագույնս դատապարտվեն` այդ երկրի ահաբեկչական գործողությունների, ագրեսիայի եւ ռասիզմի դեմ ուղղված պատժամիջոցների կիրառմամբ: #SayNoToRacism #StopAliyev #UNAOCBaku2016 #BoycottBaku2016
