ՊՆ-ն պարզաբանում է, թե ինչ միանվագ գումար և կենսաթոշակ են ստանում զոհված զինծառայողների ընտանիքները

 Մարտական հերթապահություն ու հատուկ առաջադրանք կատարելիս զոհվելու դեպքում զինծառայողի ընտանքին միանվագ հատկացվող ապահովագրական գումարի չափը 2 միլիոն դրամ է, իսկ ծառայողական պարտականություններ կատարելու դեպքում զոհվելիս` 1 միլիոն դրամ: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` Պաշտպանության նախարարության իրավաբան Մարտին Մկրտչյանը ապրիլի 18-ին լրագրողներին ներկայացրեց նշյալ դեպքում օրենքով սահմանված կարգը: «Տվյալ գումարը չի տրամադրում, երբ զոհվելը, մահանալը կամ հաշամանդամ դառնալը կանխամտածված կարգազանցության հետևանք է»,-ասաց իրավաբանը:

Նրա խոսքով` օրենքով սահմանված կարգով` զոհված զինծառայողների ընտանիքների անդամներին տրամադրվում է նաև 700 հազար դրամ հուղարկավորության ծախսերի փոխհատուցման գումար, 1.4 միլիոն դրամ էլ գերեզմանի բարեկարգման ու տապանաքարի տեղադրման նպատակով: «Օրենքով սահմանված են չորս դեպքեր, ինչպիսին են զոհվածի ընտանիքի անդամներից մեկի ամուսությունը, տարերային աղետի դեպքում ընտանիքի անդամի` սեփականության իրավունքով պատականող գույքի վնասվելը, ընտանիքի անդամի երկարատև հիվանդությունը կամ էլ ընտանիքի անդամի մահը, որոնց ժամանակ տարեկան մեկ անգամ 100 հա զար դրամի չափով միանվագ օգնություն է տրամադրվում  զոհված կամ հաշմանդամ դարձած զինծառողի ընտանիքին»,-տեղեկացրեց Մարտին Մկրտչյանը:

Կերակրողին կորցնելու դեպքում ընտանիքի անդամների համար նշանակվում է կենսաթոշակ, նրանք օգտվում են անվճար բուժսպասարկման իրավունքից, զոհվածների երեխաների ընդունելությունը պետական կրթական հաստատություններ կատարվում է մրցույթից դուրս ընթացակարգով: Զոհված զինծառայողների ընտանիքի անդամներին` անկախ աշխատանքային ու հաշմանդամության կենսաթոշակներից` նշանակվում է նաև պարգևավճար` ամսական 30 հազար դրամի չափով, որը համամասնորեն բաժանվում է ընտանիքի անդամներին:

Ինչ վերաբերում է հաշմանդամ դարձած զինծառայողներին, ապա նրանց համար ևս գործում է պետական ապահովագրության վճար: «Առաջին խմբի հաշմանդամին տրամադրվում է 500 հազար, երկրորդ խմբին` 400 հազար, երրորդ խմբին` 300 հազար դրամ»,-նշեց իրավաբանը:

Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության ՍԱՊԾ պետի տեղակալ Սմբատ Սաիյանն էլ տեղեկացրեց, որ զոհված զինծառայողների 18 տարին չլրացած երեխաները կամ ցերակային առկա ուսուցմամբ ուսանող երեխաները մինչև 23 տարեկան լրանալը, ինչպես նաև զոհվելու դրությամբ աշխատանքային կենսաթոշակի իրավունքով տարիքը լրացած կամ հաշմանադամ ծնողները և ամուսինը ունեն զինվորական կեսնաթոշակի իրավունք, դրան գումարած նաև պարգևավճար: «Յուրաքանչյուր երեխան ստանում է 16 հազար դրամ պարգևավճար, ընտանիքի այլ անդամը 13 հազար դրամի պարգևավճար, միաժամանակ աշխատանքային կ ենսաթոշակ ստացողը ստանում է 31 հազար դրամ պարգևավճար»,-մանրամասնեց Սմբատ Սաիյանը:
