22 տարվա բանակցություններից ոչինչ չի մնացել: Ադրբեջանն իր նախորդ 22 տարվա գործունեությամբ ապացուցել է, որ թքած ունի ցանկացած միջազգային պարտավորության և ցանկացած փաստաթղթի տակ դրված ստորագրության վրա:
Ադրբեջանը պատրաստվել է և շարունակելու է պատերազմի պատրաստվել' հարմար առիթի դեպքում փորձելով զավթել այնքան, ինչքան կարող է, մորթել այնքան, ինչքան կարող է: Եվ, խոսքը միայն ԼՂՀ տարածքի մասին չէ...
Սաֆարով հերոսացնող, հայի գլուխ կտրող սերունդ դաստիարակող Ադրբեջանի հետ հարաբերվելու միայն մեկ ձև կա' անասնական վախի սփռումը: Ցավոք, վերջին 22 տարիներին իրենք համոզվել են, որ մենք պատրաստ ենք պայմանավորվելու, կարգավիճակի դիմաց ինչ-ինչ տարածքներ հանձնելու: Իրենք դա թուլության նշան են ընկալում: Եթե 2 կամ 5 շրջան պատրաստ ես հանձնելու, ուրեմն ավելի շատ էլ կհանձնես. այսպես են ընկալում Բաքվում:
Չգիտեմ, թե միջազգային պարտավորություններ հարգելով ու դրանով Վաշինգտոն-Մոսկվա-Փարիզին հաճոյանալուց ինչ ենք շահում, բայց Ադրբեջանի հետ հարաբերվելու տեսանկյունից հաստատ տուժում ենք: Իսկ մենք չգիտենք, թե վաղն ինչ աշխարհաքաղաքական զարգացումներ են լինելու...
Կարծում եմ, պետք է հստակ դրվեն հետևյալ խնդիրները.
1. Մադրիդյան սկզբունքներն ու կազանյան փաստաթուղթը ժամանակավրեպ ու ժամկետանց են. թեկուզ քառօրյա, բայց նոր պատերազմ է եղել, արյուն է հոսել ու Ադրբեջանն ապացուցել է, որ սպառնալիք է հայ խաղաղ բնակչության համար:
2. Մարտակերտի, Մարտունու, Ասկերանի և ԼՂՀ այլ շրջանների ուղղությամբ հրետանային կրակի ԼՂՀ ՊԲ պատասխանը լինելու է Բեյլըղանի(նախկին Ժդանովսկ), Գյոյգյոլի(նախկին Խանլար), Բարդայի, Դաշկեսանի և Թերթերի շրջանները(քաղաքներով և գյուղերով) կրակի տակ առնելը, Ստեփանակերտի դեպքում' Գյանջան, ՀՀ Տավուշի մարզի դեպքում' Ղազախի և Թովուզի շրջանները, գումարած Նախիջևանը:
3. Ցանկացած հարձակողական գործողության կամ հրետանակոծման պատասխանը լինելու է հակահարձակումն ու Քուռ գետից աջ ընկած Ադրբեջանի տարածքների ՕԿՈՒՊԱՑԻԱՆ!!!
Վայ մեզ, եթե այսքանը չկարողացանք հասկացնել Ադրբեջանին ու միջազգային հանրությանը: Վայ մեզ, եթե չկարողացանք այս խնդիրները լուծող պետություն և հասարակայնություն ունենալ:
