ԵԱՏՄ վարչապետերի մայիսին Երևանում կայանալիք նիստը կշտի ապրիլյան նիստը ՀՀ մայրաքաղաքում չանցկացնելու բացթողումը. ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար

Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանն ապրիլի 18-ին ընդունել է Ղազախստանի ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Գալիմժան Կոյշըբաևին, ով Երևան է ժամանել երկու երկրների արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունների միջև խորհրդակցություններին մասնակցելու նպատակով։ Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից՝ նշելով. «Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարը հյուրին ներկայացրեց Ադրբեջանի կողմից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի դեմ սանձազերծված լայնածավալ ռազմական գործողությունների հետևանքով ստեղծված իրավիճակը, բանակցային գործընթացին հասցված վնասը։ Այս համատեքստում նախարար Նալբանդյանը կարևորեց ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի բացառապես խաղաղ կարգավորմանն ուղղված միջնորդության միջազգային մանդատ ունեցող ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների ջանքերին սատարումը, ինչն ամրագրված է նաև ՀԱՊԿ գագաթաժողովների և ԱԳ նախարարների խորհուրդների շրջանակներում ընդունված փաստաթղթերում։ Նախարարը հավելեց, որ ղարաբաղյան հիմնահարցի վերաբերյալ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների կողմից ընդունված ձևակերպումներին հակասող դիրքորոշումները վնաս են հասցնում բանակցային գործընթացին։

Անդրադառնալով ԵԱՏՄ կառավարությունների ղեկավարների՝ Երևանում նախատեսված հանդիպումը հետաձգելուն՝ Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը կարևորեց ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների կատարումը, և հույս հայտնեց, որ մայիսի 20-ին ԵԱՏՄ վարչապետերի՝ Հայաստանում կայանալիք նիստը կշտկի այդ բացթողումը։

Հանդիպմանն անդրադարձ արվեց երկկողմ օրակարգի մի շարք հարցերի, միջազգային կառույցների շրջանակներում փոխգործակցությանը»։

ԵԱՏՄ կառավարությունների ղեկավարների՝ Երևանում նախատեսված հանդիպումը պետք է կայանար ապրիլի 8-ին, Երևանում, սակայն Ղազախստանի առաջարկով այն տեղափոխվել է Մոսկվա:  ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալ Շավարշ Քոչարյանն, անդրադառնալով Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ պետությունների վարչապետների առաջիկա նիստի անցկացման վայրը փոխելու՝ Ղազախստանի առաջարկին, հիշեցրել է, որ վերջինս ոչ միայն ԵԱՏՄ, այլ նաև թյուրքալեզու պետությունների միավորման անդամ է:
