Առասպել 1. Առանց զույգի, նշանակում  է «միայնակ»

Այն, որ այժմ մենակ եք, չի նշանակում, թե միայնակ եք: Եվ եթե գործը դրան է հասել, անձնական հարաբերությունները բոլորովին էլ երջանկության երաշխիք չեն:  Առանց զույգի մնալով` դուք երբեք այնքան միայնակ չեք դառնա, որքան սխալ հարաբերություններում: Եթե հասկանում եք, որ այդ մարդու հետ ապրելուց ոչ մի լավ բան դուրս չի գա, ավելի լավ է` խզեք հարաբերությունները եւ մի քիչ ժամանակ ծախսեք ձեր կյանքի ամենակարեւոր մարդու` ձեզ վրա:  Ջանացեք գտնել ձեզ: Եվ երբ հաջորդ անգամ հայտնվեք հետեւողականորեն ջրասույզ լինող անձնական հարաբերությունների մեջ, պատրաստ կլինեք ժամանակին լքել դրանք: 

Առասպել 2. Երջանիկ եք, երբ ունեք  այն ամենն, ինչ ուզում եք 

Այն, որ երջանիկ եք, դեռ չի նշանակում, թե դուք ոչինչ չեք ուզում: Ուղղակի դուք շնորհակալ եք նրա համար, ինչ ունեք եւ համբերությամբ սպասում եք, թե ինչ է լինելու: Երբեմն մենք այնքան ենք տարվում ավելի մեծ ինչ-որ բանի ձգտմամբ, որ լիովին դադարում ենք նկատել այն փոքրիկ բաները, որոնք մեր կյանքը կախարդական են դարձնում: Այդ պատճառով գնահատեք այսօրվա օրը. հավատացեք, այդ օրն արժե դրան: Չէ որ դա հենց այն  «հին, բարի օրերից է», որոնք այնպիսի կարոտով կվերհիշեք ծերության օրերին:  

Առասպել 3. Եթե ինչ-որ մեկն իրեն վատ է զգում, դուք դա անմիջապես կտեսնեք

Մենք բոլորս էլ երբեմն ցավ, վախ ենք ապրում կամ վատ ենք զգում: Ուղղակի ոմանք սովորել են դա անհամեմատ ավելի լավ թաքցնել, քան ուրիշները: Դուք չգիտեք, թե ինչ է տեղի ունենում նրանց հոգու փակ դռների հետեւում, այդ պատճառով մարդկանց դատել միայն նրա համար, ինչ տեսնում եք, ժամանակի եւ ուժերի իզուր ծախս է:  Եթե դուք ուրիշներին քննարկելու եւ դատապարտելու ժամանակ ունեք, ուրեմն ձեր ազատ ժամանակը չափից շատ է: Ավելի լավ է` այն արժանի որեւէ բանի վրա ծախսեք:  

Առասպել 4. Կյանքը միայն պետք է ընթանա որոշակի եղանակով

Ոչ ոք չի կարող մեզ ավելի մեծ վնաս տալ, քան մենք ինքներս: Բայց մեր հոգուն վնաս տալով, հենց մենք էլ կարող ենք բուժել այն. դրա համար երբեմն բավարար է չամաչել սեփական մտքերից եւ իրատես լինել: Չէ որ մենք միշտ ընտրություն ունենք, թե ինչպես արձագանքենք այն իրավիճակներին, որոնց կյանքը ստիպում է բախվել: Այնպես որ, հրաժարվեք ձեր գլխում ոչ իրատեսական կերպարից, որին փորձում եք հարմարեցնել ձեր կյանքը, եւ սկսեք այն ընկալել այնպիսին, ինչպիսին կա: Փոխեք այն, ինչ հնարավոր է փոխել, փոխեք ձեր հայացքն այն բանին, ինչն անհնար է փոխել եւ շարունակեք առաջանալ:  

Առասպել 5. Ուժեղ լինելը նշանակում է ցավ չզգալ

Իրականում ուժեղ մարդիկ նրանք են, որոնք զգում են ցավ, ընդունում են այն եւ դրանից սովորում են այն ամենը, ինչ կարող են, իսկ հետո հաղթահարում են դա: Ուժի էությունը դադար խնդրելու, արցունք թափելու, ուշքի գալու եւ ռինգ վերադառնալու  վճռականությունն է, որպեսզի կռվեք այնպես, ինչպես երբեւէ առիթ չեք ունեցել:
