Միայն ներկրվող ավտոմեքենաներից գանձվող ԱԱՀ-ից ՀՀ պետական բյուջեն կորցրել է ավելի քան 25 միլիոն դոլար.«Հայկական ժամանակ»

«Անցած տարվա ընթացքում միայն ներկրվող ավտոմեքենաներից գանձվող ավելացված արժեքի հարկից ՀՀ պետական բյուջեն կորցրել է ավելի քան 25 միլիոն դոլար։ Խնդիրն այն է, որ նվազել են ինչպես ներկրվող մեքենաների քանակը, այնպես էլ գինը։
2015թ Հայաստան Է ներկրվել 27 300 հատ ավտոմեքենա այն դեպքում, երբ 2014թ. այդ թիվը 44 300 Էր։ Ներկրված մեքենաների ընդհանուր մաքսային արժեքը կազմել Է133 մլն դոլար, իսկ 2014թ.՝ 273 մլն դոլար։ Այսինքն մաքսային արժեքը կրկնակի պակաս Է եղել, հետևաբար կրկնակի նվազել է նաև այդ մեքենաներից գանձվող ԱԱՀ-ն։
Դրա հետ մեկտեղ Ռուսաստանից ներկրվող ավտոմեքենաների քանակը աճել Է ավելի քան 3.5 անգամ, հասնելով 6 հազարի։ Անցած ողջ տարվա ընթացքում ՀՀ կառավարությունը, խախտելով ԵՏՄ պայմանագրի համապատասխան դրույթները, ՀՀ քաղաքացիներից ԱԱՀ է գանձել անձնական օգտագործման նպատակով ՌԴ-ից ավտոմեքենա ներկրելու համար։ Հիմա այդ հարկն Էլ չի գանձվում, և դա լուրջ մարտահրավեր Է պետբյուջեի համար։ Այս տարվա առաջին ամիսներին ավտոմեքենաների ներկման ծավալների անկման դինամիկան պահպանվել Է՝ անցած տարվա համեմատ նվազումը մոտ 40 տոկոս Է։ Իսկ սա նշանակում Է որ ավտոմեքենաների ներկրումից ստացվող հարկերը Էլ ավելի են նվազելու»,–գրում է թերթը։
