Դինքի ընկերներն արդարության պահանջով հավաքվել են դատարանի առաջ

Ստամբուլի հայկական «Ակոս» պարբերականի նախկին գլխավոր խմբագիր Հրանտ Դինքի սպանության գործով հերթական դատական նիստից առաջ Հրանտի ընկերները հավաքվել են Չաղլայանի արդարադատության պալատի առաջ: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ընկերների շարքում է նաև Թուրքիայի մեջլիսի հայ պատգամավոր Գարո Փայլանը, ով հրապարակել է պալատի դիմաց հավաքված անձանց լուսանկարները:
Հրանտի ընկերները պահել են մեծ պաստառ` «Բոլորս Հրանտ ենք, բոլորս հայ ենք» հայերեն ու թուրքերեն գրությամբ: Մասնակիցները նիստից առաջ ելույթ են ունեցել` պահանջելով բացահայտել սպանության իրական մեղավորներին:
Ապրիլի 19-ին Թուրքիայում տեղի կունենա Դինքի սպանության գործով միացյալ դատավարության առաջին նիստը: Դինքի ընտանիքի փաստաբաններին հաջողվել է հասնել այն բանին, որ միացվեն նրա սպանության գործով հետախուզության նախկին բարձրաստիճան անձանց՝ սպանությունը կատարած Օգյուն Սամասթի և անմիջական կազմակերպիչ Յասին Հայալի դատական գործերը:
Դատական գործը լսվելու է Ստամբուլի 14-րդ ծանր հանցագործությունների դատարանում: Մեղադրական աթոռին կնստեն 8 բանտարկված և 24 կասկածյալ անձինք: Ապրիլի 19-ին սկսվող դատավարությունը կտևի 3 օր:
Հայտնի է, որ մերժվել է Հրանտ Դինքի սպանության ժամանակաշրջանում Ստամբուլի նահանգապետ եղած Թուրքիայի ներքին գործերի նախկին նախարար Մուամեր Գյուլերի հետ կապված հետաքննություն սկսելու թույլտվության պահանջով Ստամբուլի հանրապետական դատախազության կողմից ՆԳ նախարարություն ուղարկված դիմումը:
Ստամբուլի «Ակոս» թերթի խմբագրապետ Հրանտ Դինքը սպանվել է 2007 թվականի հունվարի 19-ին` խմբագրության առջև կատարված զինված հարձակմանհետևանքով:
2012 թվականի հունվարի 17-ին դատարանի որոշմամբ Դինքի սպանության կազմակերպիչ Յասին Հայալը ցմահ բանտարկության դատապարտվեց, անմիջականհանցագործ Օգյուն Սամասթը` 22 տարվա ազատազրկման:
2014 թվականի հոկտեմբերին Ստամբուլի ծանր հանցագործությունների գործերով 5-րդ դատարանը որոշում էր կայացրել Հրանտ Դինքի սպանության գործովդատավարությունն սկսել զրոյից:
