ՀՀ կառավարությունը «Գրանտ» ՍՊԸ-ին գերակա  ոլորտում իրականացվող  ներդրումային ծրագրի շրջանակներում ներմուծվող տեխնոլոգիական սարքավորումները, դրանց բաղկացուցիչ ու համալրող մասերը, հումքը և նյութերը ներմուծման մաքսատուրքից ազատելու արտոնություն կտրամադրի: Այդ մասին որոշման նախագիծն ընդգրկված է կառավարության ապրիլի 21-ի նիստի օրակարգում:

«Գրանտ» ՍՊԸ ձեռք է բերել Հրազդանի բարձր ճնշման բալոնների գործարանը և սկսել է վերականգնողական աշխատանքներ:Ավտոմեքենայի բարձր ճնշման բնական գազի բալոնների արտադրման համար որպես հումք օգտագործվում է 34CrMo4 մակնիշի լեգերացված պողպատից պատրաստված անկար, տաք գլանման եղանակով ստացված խողովակները: Արտադրանքի հումքը՝ խողովակը,ընկերությունը ներկրում է Չինաստանից, քանի որ ԵԱՏՄ երկրներում 34CrMo4 մակնիշի պողպատյա խողովակ չի արտադրվում, իսկ դրան քիմիական բաղադրությամբ մոտ խողովակները, որոնք արտադրվում են Ռուսաստանում, իրենց մեխանիկական և այլ հատկանիշներով զգալիորեն զիջում են Չինաստանում արտադրված խողովակներին, որոնք ընդունված են միջազգային ISO 11439:2000 և EN 10297-1:2003 (European Standards) ստանդարտներով:

Ակնկալվում է, որ արտոնության առկայությունը լուրջ խթան կհանդիսանա նոր ներդրումային ծրագրերի իրականացման և որպես հետևանք նոր աշխատատեղերի ստեղծման, ներդրումների ներգրավման, տեղական արտադրության և արտահանման խթանման համար:
