ԵԽԽՎ-ն ընդունել է ԼՂ հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման հայտարարություն

Եվրոպայի խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովում ընդունվել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման վերաբերյալ No.603 գրավոր հայտարարությունը։ Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը` վկայակոչելով Եվրոպայի խորհրդի պաշտոնական կայքը, հայտարարության մեջ, մասնավորապես, ասված է․ «
Ուստի, մենք կոչ ենք անում հարգել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների շարունակական կոչերը՝ չխարխլել նրանց մանդատը և չբարդացնել ընթացող բանակցությունները։
Մենք կոչ ենք անում բոլոր կողմերին՝ ձեռնարկել վճռական քայլեր և ցուցաբերել անհրաժեշտ քաղաքական կամք՝ հասնելու բանակցված կարգավորման, որը հիմնված է համանախագահ երկրների՝ Ֆրանսիայի, ԱՄՆ-ի և Ռուսաստանի առաջարկների վրա, որոնք արտահայտված են 2009թ․-ից նախագահների մակարդակով արված 5 հայտարար ություններում։
Մենք կիսում ենք հակամարտության գոտում իրավիճակի սրման հետ կապված մտահոգությունները, որոնք վերաբերում են հակամարտության գոտում լարվածության աճին, ծանր զինտեխնիկայի կիրառմանը, ինչպիսիք են ականանետերն ու հրթիռները: Դրանք անընդունելի են և լուրջ վտանգ են ներկայացնում քաղաքացիական բնակչության համար։ Մենք խորապես ցավում ենք զոհերի համար, որոնց թվում են նաև խաղաղ բնակիչները։
Հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտումների հետաքննության մեխանիզմներÕ « ստեղծումը՝ Մինսկի Խմբի համանախագահների կողմից առաջարկվող վստահության ամրապնդմանն ուղղված այլ առաջարկների հետ միասին, ինչպես նաև 1994թ․-ի հրադադարի համաձայնագրի կոնսոլիդացիան կօգնեն նվազեցնել լարվածությունը և կստեղծեն խաղաղ բանակցությունների համար առավել բարենպաստ մթնոլորտ»։
