Ռուս-ադրբեջանական սահմանին սկանդալ է հասունանում

Ռուս-ադրբեջանական սահմանը հայտնվել է ադրբեջանական մամուլի ուշադրության կենտրոնում։

Ինչպես հայտնում են ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցները, վկայակոչելով «Կավկազսկի ուզել» պարբերականի լրագրող Քյամալ Ալիին, Իլիսու գյուղի հովիվը Ալիին  հայտնել է, որ հուլիսի 27-ին ռուս սահմանապահներն իր աչքի առաջ կրակ են արձակել կովկասյան քարայծերի հոտի վրա։ «Սահմանապահներից մեկը կանգնած է եղել  ռուս-ադրբեջանական սահմանի լեռան գագաթին, իսկ չորս ձիավոր մտել են ադրբեջանական սահմանը եւ կրակ արձակել վայրի կենդանիների վրա, հետո իջել են սպանված քարայծների մոտ եւ մսի մի քանի խոշոր կտոր պոկելով՝ հետ վերադարձել ռուսական սահման»,- գրում է Քյամալ Ալին։

Լրագրողը նշում է, որ նման դեպքեր հաճախ են  գրանցվում, ընդ որում՝ ռուս սահմանապահները սպանում են ավելի շատ, քան կարող են տանել։

«Ադրբեջանական սահմանային ուղեկալը գտնվում է Իլիսու գյուղում՝ սահմանից հեռու։ Մեր սահմանապահները չեն շփվում ռուս սահմանապահների հետ։ Հավանաբար ադրբեջանական  հրամանատարությունը սահմանը պահելու նման միջոց է ընտրել, որպեսզի ռուս եւ ադրբեջանցի սահմանապահները լեռներում իրար չբախվեն եւ երկկողմ հարաբերությունների համար սպառնալիք չդառնան։ Սակայն այս կողմում ադրբեջանցի սահմանապահների հետ բախման ռիսկից խուսափելով՝ ռուսները  մյուս կողմում անօրինություններ են անում։

 Հովիվներն ասում են, որ ցանկության դեպքում ռուս սահմանապահները կարող են գողանալ մեր հովիվներին, քանի որ լեռներում փշալարեր չկան։ Նրանցից առեւանգած հրացանները երբեք հետ չեն վերադարձնում։ Տվյալ տարածքի այս կամ այն սահմանին պատկանելը որոշվում է «աչքով», ըստ հայտնի կողմնորոշիչ նշանների։ Մառախուղի ժամանակ շատ  հեշտ է մոլորվել եւ հատել սահմանը, որից հետո ռուսները կմեղադրեն սահմանը զենքով հատելու մեջ»,- գրում է լրագրողը՝ մեջբերելով զրուցակցի խոսքը։
