Մարինա Ներսեսյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Եվրոպական ներդրումային և Ասիական զարգացման բանկերից ներգրավելիք միջոցներով այս տարի նախատեսվում է սկսել Մ-6, Վանաձոր-Ալավերդի-Վրաստանի սահման միջպետական նշանակության ավտոճանապարհի վերականգնումն ու արդիականացումը: Ծրագրով նախատեսվում է լայնացնել Լոռու և Տավուշի մարզերով անցնող ճանապարհը, ինչպես նաև որոշ հատվածներում փոփոխել դրա ծրագիծը:

Կառավարության ս.թ. ապրիլի 21-ի նիստում քննարկվելիք որոշման նախագծի նպատակն է կասեցնել ավտոճանապարհին հարող տարածքներում իրականացվող քաղաքաշինական գործունեությունը և հողահատկացման գործընթացը: Լոռու և Տավուշի մարզպետները և համապատասխան համայնքների ղեկավարները պարտավորեցվելու են ձեռնպահ մնալ ավտոճանապարհի պաշտպանական գոտիներում համայնքային կամ պետական սեփականություն հանդիսացող հողերի օտարման, վարձակալության, անհատույց օգտագործման կամ հողամասի կառուցապատման իրավունքի տրամադրումից:

Նման գոտիների ինքնակամ կառուցված շինությունների օրինականացումը պետք է համաձայնեցնել ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի ու ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության նախարարությունների հետ:
Տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարարին հանձնարարվելու է շինարարության նախագծային աշխատանքի ավարտից հետո ՀՀ կառավարության քննարկմանը ներկայացնել առաջարկություններ հանրության գերակա շահերի ապահովման նպատակով օտարվող հողատարածքների և դրանց օտարում չնախատեսող բնակավայրերում սույն նախագծում նշված սահմանափակումները հանելու վերաբերյալ:

Որոշման նախագիծը մշակել է ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարարության աշխատակազմի իրավաբանական վարչությունը:
