Ադրբեջանն ու Թուրքիան, քրդական գործոնը հայերի հետ կապելով, մի քանի խնդիր են փորձում լուծել: Նախ, փորձում են ազդել Հայաստանի վարկանիշի վրա` ներկայացնելով որպես ահաբեկչությունը հովանավորող երկիր: «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսին այս մասին նշեց ԵՊՀ հայ-քրդական առնչությունների բաժնի ղեկավար, քրդագետ Վահրամ Պետրոսյանը: Նրա խոսքով, 1993 թվականն էր, երբ Թուրքիան առաջին անգամ, նշեց, թե PKK-ն` «Քրդստանի աշխատավորական կուսակցություն»-ը, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում բազաներ ունի: 2000-ական թվականներին այս թեզը շրջանառության մեջ դրեց արդեն Ադրբեջանը:
«Քրդական գործոնը հայերի հետ կապելով` Թուրքիան փորձում է նաև Հայաստանին ճնշման տակ պահել, որ Հայաստանն այս պնդումների համատեքստում անընդհատ պաշտպանվողի դերում լինի: Դրանից բացի, քրդական հարցը շահարկելով, Թուրքիան ցանկանում է պատրվակ և հիմնավորում ունենալ ղարաբաղյան զարգացումներում միջամտելու հարցում: Հետաքրքիրն այն էր, որ փետրվարին քրդական գործոնը հայերի հետ կապելու մասին հին նյութերը թարմացված տարբերակով շրջանառության մեջ դրվեցին, իսկ ահա ապրիլին շրջանառվեց ևս մեկ տեղեկատվություն այն մասին, թե իբր 400 քրդեր են կռվում հայերի կող մից»,-ասաց Վահրամ Պետրոսյանը:
Ինչ վերաբերում է ապրիլի սկզբին ղարբաղյան զարգացումներին քրդական կառույցների արձագանքին, ապա Վահրամ Պետրոսյանը նշեց, որ հիմնականում կամ չեզոք դիրքորոշում էին հայտնում, կամ հայամետ: Ավելին` նույնիսկ քրդական կողմից եղել է հայտարարություն այն մասին, որ Ադրբեջանը փորձում է օկուպացնել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի տարածքները: Քուրդ գործիչ Սելահաթին Դեմիրթաշն էլ դատապարտեց Ադրբեջանին, ինչի համար Թուրքիայում խոսվում է նրա դեմ դատական գործ սկսելու մասին:
Անդրադառնալով շփման գծում Ադրբեջանի սադրիչ գործողություններին` Վահրամ Պետրոսյանը նշեց, որ մեծ տերությունների համար շփման գծում տեղի ունեցող զարգացումները կարճաժամկետ հեռանկարում ձեռնտու էին, մասշտաբային պատերազմի դեպքում ձեռնտու չէին լինի:
«Կարճաժամկետ գործողությունների դեպքում խոշոր պետությունները որոշ հարցեր են առաջ քաշում, ինպես օրինակ Թուրքիան Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման գործընթացը դուրս բերել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի շրջանակից, կամ Ռուսաստանի խաղապահ զորքերի տեղաբաշխման խնդիրը, ինչպես նաև ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից Ռուսաստանին երկընտրանքի առջև կանգնեցնելը: Այս կոնտեքստում որոշակիորեն, ի պատիվ մեզ, պետք է նշեմ, որ կարողացանք միջին գիծը պահել»,-ասաց Վահրամ Պետրոսյանը:
