Հայաստանն ունի սպառազինություն ձեռք բերելու անհրաժեշտ միջոցներ և շուտով այն, ինչ պլանավորված էր, ձեռք կբերվի: Այդ մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը: 

«Հայաստանի կառավարությունը որևէ առաջարկ, հայտարարություն չի արել, որ գումարներ հավաքագրվեն  սպառազինության համար: Մենք  ունենք այդ գումարները, գործընթացն առաջ է գնում, շուտով այն ամենը, ինչ պլանավորել ենք ձեռք բերել, ձեռք կբերենք: Որևէ խնդիր չեմ տեսնում»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝  ասաց Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը:

Կառավարության ղեկավարի խոսքով, եթե մարդիկ ինքնակամ ցանկանում են օգնել զոհվածի ընտանիքին, բանակին՝ ընդունելի է, բայց իրենք որևէ մեկին չեն պարտադրել, խնդրել, որ աջակցեն պետությանը:
«Մենք ունենք ֆինանսական հնարավորություն, կատարելու ենք այն բոլոր ծրագրերը, որոնք վերաբերում են բանակի սպառազինությանը, նույնիսկ ժամկետների կրճատում է լինելու»,- նշեց վարչապետը:

Անդրադառնալով դիտարկմանը, թե հասարակության շրջանում միտք է հնչում, ըստ որի օլիգարխները, մեծահարուստները պետք է վաճառեն իրենց ունեցվածքը, քանի որ ձեռք են բերել պետական միջոցների հաշվին և այդ գումարով զենք գնեն, Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն ասաց. «Այն մարդիկ, ովքեր ապօրինի ճանապարհով են հարստացել, իշխանությունը, պատկան մարմինները կհետևեն այդ գործընթացներին, խնդրին կտան լուծում: Իսկ այն մարդկանց մասին խոսակցությունները,  ովքեր օրինական ճանապարհով են ձեռք բերել իրենց հարստությունը, հարկեր չվճարելով նաև շահ են ունեցել, համարում եմ երկրի ն դավաճանություն: Պետք է քննադատությունը, մտահոգությունը վերաբերի այն մարդկանց, ովքեր ապօրինի ճանապարհով են հարստացել: Հորդորում եմ այն մարդկանց, ովքեր այդ ճանապարհով փորձում են պառակտում մտցնել մեր երկրի որոշ խավերի մեջ, չանել նման սխալ բաներ»:
