Ոստիկանությունը կոչ է անում Ցեղասպանության տարելիցի օրերին հավաքներ անցկացնել օրենքով սահմանված ժամկետներում

 ՀՀ ոստիկանությունը կոչ է արել քաղաքացիներին հասարակական միավորումներին ու շարժումներին հավաքներին ազատորեն մասնակցելու և դրանք կազմակերպելու իրենց սահմանադրական իրավունքն իրացնել բացառապես օրենքով սահմանված ժամկետներում և կարգով: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի եւ լրատվության վարչությունից:

Հայտարարության մեջ ասվում է.

«Հարգելի քաղաքացիներ,

Հայոց ցեղասպանության զոհերի հիշատակի օրվա կապակցությամբ Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն են ժամանում օտարերկրյա պատվիրակություններ, միջազգային և հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ, հյուրեր: Ոստիկանությունը հասարակական կարգի պահպանման և հասարակական անվտանգության ապահովման խնդիրն իրականացնելու է պարեկապահակետային ուժեղացված ծառայությամբ՝ համայնքային ոստիկանության մեծաթիվ ծառայողների մասնակցությամբ:

Նշենք, որ առաջիկա օրերին հավաքներ անցկացնելու վերաբերյալ ոստիկանությունը մինչ օրս լիազոր մարմնից կարծիք ստանալու նպատակով ծանուցումներ չի ստացել: «Հավաքների ազատության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի համաձայն՝ նման իրազեկումներ կարող են ներկայացվել հավաքի անցկացման օրվանից նվազագույնը 7 օր առաջ: Հիշյալ ժամկետն ինքնանպատակ չէ, և ոստիկանությանը հնարավորություն է տալիս նախապես միջոցներ ձեռնարկել հասարակական կարգը, հավաքի բնականոն ընթացքը, հավաքի մասնակիցների անվտանգությունը և այլոց իրավունքներն ապահովելուուղղությամբ: Նկատի ունենալով, որ իրազեկում ներկայացնելու վերը նշված ժամկետը բաց է թողնվել, ոստիկանությունը,հնարավոր հավաքներով պայմանավորված՝ ուժերի և միջոցների բաշխում չի իրականացրել:

Օրենքով սահմանված միջոցներով հավաքների հնարավոր սահմանափակումնները բացառելու նկատառումներով մեր քաղաքացիներին, հասարակական միավորումներին ու շարժումներին կոչ ենք անում՝ հավաքներին ազատորեն մասնակցելու և դրանք կազմակերպելու իրենց սահմանադրական իրավունքն իրացնել բացառապես օրենքով սահմանված ժամկետներում և կարգով: Վստահ ենք, որ ոստիկանության կոչը՝ ուղղված Ցեղասպանության զոհերի հիշատակին նվիրված միջոցառումների ընթացքում հասարակական անվտանգության ապահովմանը, պատշաճ արձագանք կգտնի մեր հանրության կողմից»:
