ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն ընդունել է Եվրոպայի անվտանգության և համագործակցության կազմակերպության (ԵԱՀԿ) երևանյան գրասենյակի նորանշանակ ղեկավար, դեսպան Արգո Ավակովին:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, վարչապետը շնորհավորել է պարոն Ավակովին նոր պաշտոնում նշանակվելու կապակցությամբ և վստահություն հայտնել, որ նրա գործունեությունը կնպաստի ԵԱՀԿ-ի և ՀՀ կառավարության միջև արդեն իսկ ձևավորված ակտիվ համագործակցության հետագա զարգացմանն ու ամրապնդմանը: Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն արդյունավետ է գնահատել ԵԱՀԿ երևանյան գրասենյակի գործունեությունը մեր երկրի տարբեր ոլորտներում բարեփոխումների իրականացման, այդ թվո ւմ՝ օրենսդրական դաշտի, գործարար միջավայրի բարելավման, մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության, էլեկտրոնային կառավարման զարգացման գործում:

ԵԱՀԿ երևանյան գրասենյակի նորանշանակ ղեկավարը վստահեցրել է, որ իր պաշտոնավարման ընթացքում կանի հնարավորը՝ արդեն ձևավորված բարձր մակարդակի համագործակցությունն առավել զարգացնելու և խորացնելու համար: Արգո Ավակովը նշել է, որ ԵԱՀԿ երևանյան գրասենյակը կշարունակի իր ակտիվ համագործակցությունը ՀՀ իշխանությունների հետ՝ Հայաստանում իրականացվող բարեփոխումներն արդյունավետ կյանքի կոչելու համար:

ՀՀ վարչապետը և Արգո Ավակովն անդրադարձել են նաև Հայաստանում սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների շրջանակում իրականացվող օրենսդրական կարգավորումներին, Ընտրական օրենսգրքի ընդունման ուղղությամբ ԵԱՀԿ երևանյան գրասենյակի հետ համագործակցությանը:
