Միջպետական ճանապարհը՝ բարեկարգմանն ընդառաջ

Լոռվա սարավանդը, հատկապես Դեբեդի կիրճը, ունենալով ռելիեֆային բավականին լուրջ կտրվածքներ ու լանդշաֆտային դասավորվածություն, կոմունիկատիվ առումով բավականին խոցելի է: Դա է պատճառը, որ այդ հատվածով անցնող միջպետական Մ-6 մայրուղին, որը ՀՀ-ն կապում է Վրաստանի հետ, գտնվում է, մեղմ ասած, ոչ բարվոք, մի շարք հատվածներում գրեթե անանցանելի վիճակում: Միջպետական երթևեկի համար իսկական չարիք դարձած ծանր բեռնատարները, ճանապարհի բնական դժավարություններին գումարվելով, վարորդների աշխատանքը վերածում են իսկական Գողգոթայի:
Երկար ժամանակ խոսակցություններ ու տեսակետներ էին հնչում, թե ճանապարհը պետք է վերանորոգվի, որոշ պեսիմիստներ ասում էին, որ այն ընդհանրապես պետք է փակել և փոխել միջպետական երթուղին:
Ստեղծված իրավիճակից ելնելով և այս ամենը հաշվի առնելով է, որ Կառավարությունը պատրաստվում է Եվրոպայի ներդրումային բանկից և Ասիական զարգացման բանկից ներգրավել խոշոր վարկ, որը կուղղվի Վանաձոր-Ալավերդի, ինչպես նաև՝մինչև հայ-վրացական պետական սահման միջպետական նշանակության ավտոճանապարհի արդիականացմանը:
Ապրիլի 21-ին կայանալիք նիստում քննարկվելիք որոշման նախագծի նպատակն է կասեցնել ավտոճանապարհին հարող տարածքներում իրականացվող քաղաքաշինական գործունեությունը և հողահատկացման գործընթացը:
Ծրագրով նախատեսվում է ճանապարհի երթևեկելի մասի լայնացում, ինչպես նաև՝ որոշակի հատվածներում ջրահեռացման կարգավորում, քանի որ ռելիեֆային վատ պայմանների պատճառով ճանապարահատվածների որոշ գոտիներում ցուրտ եղանակի պայմաններում առաջանում է մերկասառույց:
Հավելենք նաև, որ նախորդ տարի Համաշխարհային բանկի հատկացումներով իրականացվեց Լոռվա տարածաշրջանում մեկ այլ` Ագարակ-Օձուն-Մ-6 ավտոճանապարհի վերանորոգումը: Ճանապարհը վերանորոգվեց խճային հիմքով և միաշերտ ասֆալտբետոնե 5 սմ ծածկով: Մայրուղուց մինչև նշված ճանապարհ տանող ճանապարհները վերանորոգվել են ավազակոճային և ցեմենտե միասեռ խառնուրդով:
Ամփոփելով նշենք, որ Մ-6 մայրուղու բարեկարգումն ու լայնացումը կունենա մի քանի դրական հետևանք: Նախ, կվերանան գրեթե ամենօրյա բնույթ ստացած ավտովթարներն ու բազմաթիվ մարդկային զոհերը, ինչպես նաև՝ տարածաշրջանում կտրուկ կաճի զբոսաշրջությունը, քանի որ այցելուների բավականին մեծ զանգված վատ կոմունիկացիաների պատճառով շրջանցում է Լոռու այդ հատվածը (չմոռանանք, որ այս հատվածում են գտնվում այնպիսի պատմաճարտարապետական կառույցներ, ինչպիսիք են Օձունի, Հաղպատի, Սանահինի վանական համալիները, Քոբայրի վանքը, Սանահինի հնադարյա կամուրջը և շատ այլ շինություներ), և ճանապարհի բարելավմամբ կփոխվեն մարդկանց կենսապայմանները:
