Հայաստանում տրվել է պաշտոնական էլեկտրոնային փոստարկղի համակարգի մեկնարկը

ՀՀ կառավարության 12 նոյեմբերի 2015 թվականի N 1385-Ն որոշման համաձայն` ՀՀ-ում ներդրվել է «e-citizen.am» տիրույթում գործող պաշտոնական էլեկտրոնային փոստարկղի համակարգ, որի օպերատոր է հանդիսանում «ԷԿԵՆԳ» ՓԲԸ-ն: Նշված համակարգը հաղորդակցության և ծանուցումների պաշտոնական միջոց է: Մասնավորապես, ՀՀ օրենսդրության համաձ այն, անձը համարվում է պատշաճ ծանուցված նաև այն դեպքում, երբ տեղեկատվությունն ուղարկվել է տվյալ համակարգում նրա պաշտոնական էլեկտրոնային փոստի հասցեով, և առկա է այն կարդալու մասին էլեկտրոնային հավաստում, կամ կատարվել են էլեկտրոնային և փոստային ծանուցման՝ օրենքով սահմանված քայլերը: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ԷԿԵՆԳ-ից:
ՀՀ բոլոր քաղաքացիների համար պաշտոնական էլեկտրոնային փոստը շնորհվում է նույնականացման քարտի թողարկման պահից և վերջիններիս կողմից հաղորդագրություններ ստանալու նպատակով օգտագործվում է անվճար: Ավելին, քաղաքացին կարող է նաև ծանուցումը վերահասցեագրել ցանկացած այլ (մինչև 3) էլեկտրոնային փոստի հասցեի կամ բջջային հեռախոսահամարի՝ կարճ հաղորդագրության (SMS) միջոցով: Յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացու պաշտոնական էլեկտրոնային փոստի հասցեն բաղկացած է նրա հանրային ծառայությունների համարանիշից, ինչը փաստացի հնարավորություն է տալիս քաղաքացուն ուղարկել պաշտոնական ծանուցում, եթե նույնիսկ անհայտ է տվյալ անձի փաստացի բնակվելու հասցեն:
Պետական կամ տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինները և ՀՀ-ում գրանցված իրավաբանական անձինք ևս ունեն պաշտոնական էլեկտրոնային փոստի հասցե:
Պաշտոնական էլեկտրոնային փոստարկղում ստացված տեղեկությունները և ծանուցագրերը կարդալու համար օգտատերն իր նույնականացման քարտի միջոցով, որպես գրանցված օգտատեր, պետք է մուտք գործի www.e-citizen.am
Պաշտոնական էլեկտրոնային փոստարկղի համակարգն էապես խնայում է ժամանակը և կրճատում ավանդական փոստային առաքումների համար կատարվող ծախսերը:
