1.Ստամոքսի խոցի դեպքում  1 ամիս շարունակ օրական 3 անգամ ուտելուց 20 րոպե առաջ խմեք 1 բաժակ առանց աղի եփած կարտոֆիլի հյութ:

2. Անգամ  բարդացած վիճակում գտնվող ստամոքսի խոցը հնարավոր է բուժել, եթե բերանում պահեք ու  լեզվով լիզեք  սոճու բուսահյութը:

3.  Տարայի մեջ 1/3-ը լցրեք կանաչ սոճու կոներով , լցրեք նրանց վրա օղի ու  թողեք թրմվի մութ ու տաք վայրում  մեկ շաբաթ: Պարբերաբար այն խառնեք: Ստամոքսի խոցի դեպքում  1-ից 2 ամիս  օրական 3 անգամ, ուտելուց 30 րոպե առաջ ընդունեք 1-ական ճ/գ:

4. Խառնեք  ըստ ծավալի հավասար քանակությամբ  հալվեի,  սև բազուկի,  գազարի, կաղամբի, կարմիր բազուկի հյութեր,  մայիսյան մեղր ու կագոր գինի: Խառնուրդը փակ կափարիչով կաթսայի մեջ 6 ժամ  եփեք մարմանդ կրակի վրա:Պահեք այն սառը ու մութ վայրում: Ստամոքսի խոցի դեպքում  օրական 3 անգամ, ուտելուց 30 րոպե առաջ ընդունեք 50մլ  այդ հյութից: Բուժման կուրսը 1 ամիս:

5. Հավասար քանակությամբ  ըստ ծավալի խառնեք  ու մսաղացով աղացեք  թարմ  մեծ եզան լեզվի (подорожника большого) տերևներն ու մեղրը, լցրեք այն կափարիչով փակվող  կաթսայի մեջ ու դրեք տաք  ջեռոցում 4 ժամ: Քամեք ստացված հյութը: Ստամոքսի  և տասներկումատյա աղիքի խոցի դեպքում  օրական 4 անգամ, ուտելուց 30 րոպե առաջ ընդունեք 1 թ/գ: Այդ հյութը օգտակար է նաև  միզապարկի բորբոքման, գաստրիտի, էնտերիտի ու  էնտերոկոլիտների դեպքում:

6. 300 գրամ շաքարի փոշին լուծեք 1 լ եռացրած տաք ջրի մեջ: Աղիների հիվանդության, ներքին վերքերի ու աղիների խոցերի, ինչպես նաև օրգանիզմի մաքրաման համար տաք օշարակով  քնելուց առաջ կատարեք հոգնա:

7. Ստամոքսի ու տասներկումատյա աղիքի խոցի դեպքում  35-ից 45 օր ընդունեք 1 գրամ շիզանդրայի(лимонника) սերմի փոշի  օրական 3 ագամ՝  ուտելուց 20 րոպե առաջ:Այն աչքի է ընկնում ուժեղ բուժիչ հատկությաբ:
