Հրաչյա Հարությունյանը հայտնել է պատիժը ՀՀ-ում կրելու ցանկություն. ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանություն

Ռուսաստանում Հայաստանի դեսպանության խորհրդականն այցելել է Տամբովի մարզի ուղղիչ հիմնարկում պատիժը կրող, 2013թ. հուլիսին Պոդոլսկի մոտակայքում տեղի ունեցած խոշոր վթարի գործով մեղավոր ճանաչված ՀՀ քաղաքացի Հրաչյա Հարությունյանին։ Այս մասին տեղեկացրին Ռուսաստանում Հայաստանի դեսպանության մամուլի ծառայությունից՝ նշելով. «ՌԴ-ո ւմ ՀՀ դեսպան Օ.Եսայանի հանձնարարությամբ դեսպանության խորհրդական Լ.Թորգոմյանը ս/թ. ապրիլի 19-ին, ՌԴ ԱԳՆ աջակցությամբ և ՌԴ Պատժի կրման դաշնային ծառայության թույլտվությամբ, այցելել է ՌԴ Տամբովի մարզի հ.3 ուղղիչ հիմնարկում պատիժը կրող, 2013-ի հուլիսին Պոդոլսկի մոտակայքում տեղի ունեցած խոշոր վթարի գործով մեղավոր ճանաչված ՀՀ քաղաքացի Հրաչյա Հարությունյանին` քաղաքացու հարազատների կողմից ս/թ. փետրվարի 26-ին ՀՀ Արդարադատության նախարարությանը ներկայացված դիմումում արծարծված հարցերի պարզաբանման և քաղաքացու առողջական վիճակին ծանոթանալու նպատակով:
ՀՀ դիվանագետը Տամբովի մարզում հանդիպել է հ.3 ուղղիչ հիմնարկի ղեկավարությանը՝ պարզաբանելու Հ.Հարությունյանի առողջական խնդիրների, նրան տուգանային խուց տեղափոխելու, հարկադիր աշխատանք կատարելու, ստորացուցիչ վերաբերմունքի դրսևորման, վթարի արդյունքում զոհվածների հարազատներից ստացված ենթադրյալ փոխհատուցման փաստաթղթերի ստորագրման մասին՝ հարազատների և ՀՀ որոշ լրատվամիջոցների կողմից արծարծված հարցերի իսկությունը:
Ուղղիչ հիմնարկի ներկայացուցիչը տեղեկացրել է, որ առողջական գանգատների կամ ուղղիչ հիմնարկում վատ վերաբերմունքի արժանանալու մասին տեղեկություններ հիմնարկի ղեկավարությունը Հարությունյանից չի ստացել: Եռամսյակային կտրվածքով Հ. Հարությունյանն անցնում է բժշկական զննում հրավիրյալ շրջանային բժիշկների կողմից:
Ըստ այցելությունների մատյանի, ինչպես նաև դատապարտյալի պնդմամբ, ուղղիչ հիմնարկում գտնվելու ողջ ընթացքում Հ.Հարությունյանը այցելուներ չի ունեցել: Նա չի ստացել նաև որևէ փաստաթուղթ փոխհատուցման հարցի առնչությամբ:
Դեսպանության խորհրդականը հանդիպել է նաև նշված հիմնարկի բուժկետի ղեկավարին՝ ծանոթանալով ՀՀ քաղաքացու ամբուլատոր քարտին: Բժիշկը վստահեցրել է, որ քաղաքացին մշտական բժշկական վերահսկողության տակ է, իսկ որովայնի հետ կապված որոշ գանգատների դեպքում նրան ցուցաբերվում է համապատասխան բուժօգնություն: Ըստ վերջին բժշկական եզրակացության՝ որովայնի հետ կապված հարցի առնչությամբ վիրահատական միջամտության կարիք դեռևս չկա: Քաղաքացին սրտանոթային բնույթի որոշ գանգատներ ունի, որոնք ևս գտնվում են բժշկական անձնակազմի ուշադրության կենտրոնում:
Այցի ընթացքում տեղի է ունեցել նաև Լ. Թորգոմյանի առանձնազրույցը Հ.Հարությունյանի հետ: Տևական առանձնազրույցի ընթացքում Հարությունյանը հաստատել է հուզող հարցերի շուրջ կալանավայրի ղեկավարության և բուժկետի ներկայացուցչի պարզաբանումները: Նա իր հանդեպ դրսևորած վերաբերմունքի առնչությամբ դժգոհություններ չի հայտնել, ըստ նրա՝ խցում գտնվելու պայմաններն ու մարդկանց թիվը չեն գերազանցում սահմանված չափանիշները: Զրույցի ընթացքում նա ցանկություն է հայտնել պատիժը կրել Հայաստանում:
Այցի ընթացքում վերը նշված կալանավայրի ղեկավարության հետ ձեռք է բերվել նաև պայմանավորվածություն քաղաքացու հետ կապված խնդիրների մասին դեսպանությանը իրազեկելու հարցում: Հ.Հարությունյանին փոխանցվել են նաև դեսպանության ներկայացուցչի տվյալները՝ հուզող հարցերի դեպքում կապ հաստատելու նպատակով»:
