Ծնողների ամուսնալուծությունն անկասկած ազդում է երեխայի վրա, նրա կյանքը լրջորեն փոխվում է։ Եւ երբեմն ծնողները կամ հարազատները, առանց նկատելու դա, ավելի են վատացնում իրավիճակը։ Հաճախ նաեւ ծնողները, լինելով հոգեբանորեն ծանր վիճակում, չեն իմանում, թե ինչպես է պետք երեխայի հետ ճիշտ շփվել այդ հատվածում։ Եւ չեն հասկանում, որ առանց գիտակցելու ասված ինչ-որ նախադասությունը կարող է խոցել փոքրիկին։ Ամուսնալուծությունից հետո երբեք երեխաներին չասեք հետեւյալ արտահայտությունները։

1, Հայրիկդ սրիկա է/մայրիկդ լկտի է Երեխան երկու ծնողին էլ սիրում է, եւ չափազանց ծանր է տանում, երբ նրանցից մեկը մյուսի հասցեին վատ արտահայտություններ է անում։ Ձեր հարցերը լուծեք փակ դռների հետեւում եւ թույլ մի տվեք, որ երեխան լսի ձեր փոխադարձ մեղադրանքներն ու վիրավորանքները։

2, Նա մեզ լքել է, որովհետև չի սիրում քեզ, դու նրան պետք չես։ Իհարկե, նման արտահայտություն անում են, քանի որ ցավագին են տանում բաժանումը, սակայն չի կարելի այն ասել երեխաներին, որպեսզի նրա հոգեկան աշխարհի վրա երկարատեւ ու խորը հետք չթողնեք։ Երեխայի համար սարսափելի կլինի լսել, որ ինքը պետք չէ ծնողներից մեկին, վերջինն իրեն չի սիրում։ Հակառակը, ասեք երեխային, որ թեեւ բաժանվել եք, բայց երկուս էլ սիրում եք նրան։

3, Դու ճիշտ այնպիսին ես, ինչպես հայրդ/մայրդ Իհարկե, վիրավորանքի զգացւոմը մնում է, եւ երբ երեխան ինչ որ վատ բան է անում, նրան անմիջապես նախկին կողակցի հետ եք համեմատում։ Սակայն մի փորձեք ձեր վիրավորանքները երեխայի գլխին կոտրել։ Մի փորձեք ձեր երեխայի վրա գցել նրա ծնողի վատ կողմերը։

4, Մենք այլեւս հայրիկ չունենք, միայնակ ենք։ Ամուսնությունը դեռ չի նշանակում, որ երեխայի ծնողներից մեկը մահացել է, նա պետք է իմանա, որ երկու ծնողներին էլ ունի, միայնակության զգացում մի ներշնչեք նրան։
